Great product, UI can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
It's not overly complicated to use and never had an issue with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings are pretty hidden away. Usually takes a while to find what I need.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom team trained us upon implementation and were able to customize the training to fit our needs. We use this daily in our operations. It is helpful to be connected through multiple devices that sync up seamlessly. I like being able to pick up a video call from my phone and then transfer it to my desktop (and vice versa). I like the video call features and how easy it is to convert a phone call to video call. The screen sharing tools such as remote control, highlighting, and annotations have facilitated trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is possible to transfer a video call between a mobile and desktop device, this is not available for voice calls without needing to use the Park feature. It is a few extra steps that feel like a hassle when working quickly. It would also be nice to have the scheduler automatically send out an invite through Zoom once a time has been selected, without needing to manually create a meeting link. These are minor fixes that would streamline our process. This is more a want than a need, but it would be great to review the audio of a voicemail before sending it. Especially when dealing with sensitive info.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI summary feature in Zoom Workplace it’s been incredibly helpful in organizing my work more effectively and efficiently, especially when it comes to capturing key points and important notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some performance issues sometimes while using Zoom. Especially during long meetings or when using features like virtual backgrounds or screen sharing. This can lead to lag or crashes on older or less powerful machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that Zoom is solving key problems to communication by centralising the communication by bringing together video conferencing, chat, email, and calendar in one platform, Zoom Workplace reduces the need to switch between multiple apps. This streamlines communication and helps me stay focused and organised throughout the day.
A Reliable Tool for Educators and Professional Collabration
What do you like best about the product?
As an educator, I find Zoom Workplace incredibly helpful for organizing and hosting virtual meetings with parents, colleagues, and other professionals. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule meetings, share documents, and access past recordings. The platform is very user-friendly, and the calendar tool helps me stay on top of my schedule. One of the biggest upsides is the ability to collaborate in real-time, even when participants are in different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Zoom Workplace is the occasional lag during peak usage times. I also wish there were more customization options for meeting layouts and enhanced controls for managing a large groups. Despite this minor issues, it is still a great tool for virtual meetings.

Zoom Workspace makes it so much easier to stay connected when we can't all be in the same place. As a teacher, I use it to meet with parents, coworkers, and other professionals, and it really helps keep everyone on the same page without the stress of trying to coordinate in-person meetings. I like that I can share my screen, drop files in the chat, and have everything I need in one spot. It saves me time and makes communication feel a lot more flexible and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the zoom scheduler, I think when you are going to add some day offs in your availability, you cannot closed several days at once, it has to be one day by the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I lost a recording, they answered me within 24 hours, but the issue was something from my computer not from zoom. So they helped me but my issue was unsolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is how everything's in one place. I can jump between meetings, chats, and calendar without bouncing between a bunch of different apps. It keeps things simple and helps me stay focused. The interface is clean, and it just works—whether I'm scheduling something or catching up with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, it’d be that it can feel a little bloated at times. There are a lot of features, and not all of them are relevant for how I work day-to-day. It’s not a huge issue, but sometimes the added complexity gets in the way of speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps cut down on context switching. Instead of juggling different tools for meetings, chat, and scheduling, it’s all in one place. That saves me time and keeps things moving—especially when I’m jumping between calls and follow-ups. It also makes collaboration a lot smoother with less friction across the team.
Simple, functional, but not without limits
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zoom for a while now, mostly for work and sometimes to catch up with friends. It’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t take much effort to get started.
Overall, it’s a reliable app for virtual meetings. Not perfect, but it does the job well enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be a bit annoying is the 40-minute limit on free group calls, but I guess that’s fair for a free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s made staying in touch with colleagues and attending meetings much more convenient. I can join calls from anywhere, share my screen when needed, and use chat or breakout rooms during team discussions.
