What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use, very intuitive, and laid out nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside really, sometimes when I have weak data signal I have audio quality issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients can reach me anywhere in a variety of ways - voice, text, video, and fax.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to have Ring Central and TEAMS and now we can have all our work condensed and simplified at ZOOM at a more reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good so far, no concerns until now...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting cost on phone usage and scheduling clients with candidates without having to start the meetings.
Good service but the constantly changing licensing makes it a less practical experience.

Cost and restructuring of licenses make it annoying.

Good collaboration tools whose integration to our other tools make it more seamless of an experience.

The quality is superior, the screen sharing is also amazing.

The share meeting ID is hard to get to and would prefer to make it easier to access than digging for it.

The application is very simple to use, offers guest mode for non-licensed users and widely accessible

The cost for licensed users is higher than many other alternatives

Offers access to all staff for video conferencing, virtual training, meeting scheduling
Zoom is great, easy to use and fast support!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use not only for staff members but admins as well, everything is categorized well, and things are easy to find. There are very many options to customize everything down to the very last detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is Zoom Phone configuration settings, while they do separate the two nicely, its a bit cumbersome to not only license a user (as they show up in pending) but removing a Zoom license is a bit unclear as we get a warning saying it can't be removed, which seems a bit misleading. I understand the moved everything around to make it easier but still needs a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are working with them to see if there is an option to set up spam protection to select groups as it seems there is only a global setting.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience! Zoom Workplaxe gives you all your possible communication needs tied into one service with a very user-friendly companion app for desktop or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can sometimes get a bit hairy. I had lots of difficulty getting things set up through my account representative, and had some difficulty getting assistance regarding Zoom Phone as we transitioned our phone lines to Zoom also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our communication needs. Gives us our phone, and video chats in one simple area. This provides great convenience and efficiency.
The best remote meeting tools zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom have been the cost savings tools go me and my company over the year, it feels good as a pro user my attendees don't need to be pro to stay in the meeting for as long as they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially before becoming a pro user my meetings get shut down after sometime,but I have not experience that since becoming pro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to keep postponing meeting because of unavailable employees, and it's helping us save cost massively as we don't have to fund employees logistics to meeting venues

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for all tools. We are able to use it frequently for our users around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a downside to using Zoom Workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of meetings and having our users be at ease knowing they can run their meetings without the assistance of HQ.
