Great for presenting to an audience, not so much for ad hoc meetings with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
As the event organizer, I can control what permissions other participants have, and the limit of participants is much greater than for Google Meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the host, I need to do a lot myself to manage other participant permissions, allow screen sharing to individual participants, etc. Setting up a quick online call is not as easy as hopping on a Google Meets or a Slack huddle, because ultimately Zoom is a not part of the native ecosystem I use for work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great when I need an online meeting where all attention is on the main speaker and all other participants are there to listen (eg. lectures).

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, even when connecting with international clients on various networks. Screen sharing works smoothly, and the built-in calendar integration makes scheduling meetings incredibly easy. I also value how participants can join quickly, without having to deal with any complicated setup steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute limit on group meetings in the free plan can interrupt important conversations, making it difficult to maintain the flow of discussion. Additionally, accessing some advanced features often involves going through several menus, which can feel unintuitive at times.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for both family and work meetings, and I really like the ability to share my screen. It's particularly useful when I need to show and explain graphical work to my colleagues, as it makes it easier for everyone to follow along. One of my favorite features is the background blurring, which helps with my privacy. Also, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy, as it's user-friendly—just download, register, login, and start using it without any need for special coding or excessive clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free and limited version which only allows for collaboration for just 40mins. Increasing this time duration would be GREAT.

I value Zoom Workplace for screen sharing, which makes it easier to show and explain graphical work to colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best path for meeting to many people in one frame. Its a profesional for zoom meeting. Many compnies are using zoom meeting with own employee.

I have never seen disruction but some time i have seen little bit distruction with internet connectivity.

For zoom meeting need strong internet connectivity if work at this then it will be helpfull to all.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it is extremely easy fot client to join. They don't always need an account to jump on a call, which removes friction. I also find the AI companion vry helpful for summarizing meetings and creating to-do list automatically, so i can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the 40 min limit on the free version for group calls, which can cut off a meeting right in the middle of a good discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem pf distance by making it easy to meet with client face to face fro anywhere. It helps me stay professional and organized by providing a stable place for video calls, screen sharing, and recording. This benefits me by saving travel time and making it easier to explain complex ideas to my clients visually.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to connect with the team, make calls, and schedule interviews. Most importantly, having access to recordings with transcripts has been extremely helpful for us throughout our recruitment process.

Occasionally, the recordings of meetings are delivered with a slight delay.

Zoom Workplace has been instrumental in supporting our recruitment efforts, as well as in organizing team-building activities, townhalls, and open house events for large audiences. The whiteboard and screen sharing features, along with the host's multiple controls, make it easy to manage and engage participants efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zoom Workplace periodically for quite some time. Beyond being one of the most well-known applications on the market, I also consider it to be the highest-quality option among the platforms I’ve used. Features such as background replacement, background blur, and screen sharing are particularly impressive and enhance the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app freezes or disconnects, especially when my internet connection is slow. This negatively impacts the quality and continuity of my calls.

It is a well-proven application overall and meets expectations. I can conduct video calls reliably and without major issues.
