If I wanted to add more people in meeting I can add easily also I can share screen in meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace also called as Zoom. I love zoom platform, it provides a easy platform for conducting virtual meetings, webinars, online coaching classes. It has high quality of video and audio very clear for large number of peoples in one meeting. It has screen sharing,chat options i like, and it has both mobile and web applications, we can schedule meeting later option are very easy to use,instantly we can join the meeting easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom workplace is a great platform,but need few improvements, their is a lag in hosting the meeting while slow internet and time limit for group meetings are sometimes problem.pricing also high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solving remote communications and it saves time for meetings, it solves setting up webinars, online conferences and classes. It solves the gap between remote and in-office teams. For me it helps very well, i can communicate with my team easily when i'm not in office, and it saves my time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is full of wonderful features, but among the best are:

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is a solid collaboration platform, there are some places where it could be better:

Cost – Add-ons and premium functionalities are expensive for organizations.

Overlapping Features – There are features (like chat and whiteboard) that duplicate functionality already available on other platforms, which introduces redundancy.

Resource-Intensive – Can place a burden on system performance, especially on larger meetings.

Security & Privacy Concerns – While Zoom has improved security, some organizations remain concerned.

Meeting Fatigue – Scheduling a video call has become so easy that it can cause a surplus of virtual meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it made the whole remote working so easy, you can seamlessly chat with your peers use whiteboards which is really helpful

Nothing as such, tool effectively serves it's purpose

The problem of effective collaboration during remote working is really helpful. The video quality is also awesome with no lag

Staying connected enhances team collaboration and customer communication

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Zoom is customer calls and internal calls. When I speak to my customers, who are in different countries or the same country, we all jump on Zoom calls.

How has it helped my organization?

Zoom has positively impacted my organization by helping me stay in touch with my customers and my team, allowing us to quickly figure out things in a world where you can't really speak on the phone anymore.

I don't have any metrics, but everything that we were able to do because we are talking to our customers—that's our main job—having the tool of being able to communicate with them on a bi-weekly or monthly basis changes things.

What is most valuable?

The best features Zoom offers include beautification mode for when you look tired and want to look a little bit better, the blurring mode for the background, the ability to share your screen, and the option to choose a gallery view or a different view.

What needs improvement?

Zoom could be improved as the connectivity can be a little tricky sometimes, and it's not clear when people need to be let in or not. Sometimes there's an issue with changing links to meetings if someone is the organizer and then they're not anymore.

When I move from computer to computer, setting it up again is kind of annoying, but I can't say that it takes too long.

I think it's a good tool that gets the job done, but I believe there are a few different things that could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, Zoom is pretty stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Zoom's scalability is good since everyone can use it and share a link with their customers. I think it's pretty scalable for the whole company.

How are customer service and support?

I have never needed to use customer support, so I don't have anything to say about that.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Zoom. We're using a few solutions, but I think Zoom is the best one.

What was our ROI?

I am not responsible for that, and I cannot share metrics regarding a return on investment with Zoom.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I also use Google Meet sometimes and Teams by Microsoft. I think Zoom is the better option.

What other advice do I have?

I don't want to add anything else about the features.

I don't want to add more about the needed improvements.

I do not have any additional thoughts about Zoom before we wrap up.

On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Zoom an eight.

Filters elevate meeting experiences and streamline user interactions

What is our primary use case?

My main use case is to connect with customers pretty regularly using Zoom. I send them a link through a calendar invite with the Zoom link attached. When it is time for our call, we get on Zoom and meet.

What is most valuable?

I like the filters and background filters that I can incorporate. I find they work better than competitors like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Zoom is just a tool that I use to make my job easier.

What needs improvement?

I do not really have much feedback for Zoom. It meets all of my needs.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom here at PeerSpot for three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Zoom is stable.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Ever since I started at PeerSpot, I have been using Zoom, so I do not have any experience really using other solutions.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward.

What other advice do I have?

Zoom is much better than the competitors out there that I have sporadically used, so I would recommend it. I would give it a nine.
