Zoom is a User-Friendly Tool w/ Expandable Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ease of use shows why it is the leader in virtual conferencing applications. It's easily integratable with a wide variety of platforms and environments. The vast library of innovative apps that can be added to Zoom only makes it that much more appealing. I use Zoom frequently, nearly daily. In my organization it is the staple so provisioning users in Zoom works seamlessly with our identity provider ensuring easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I really have a dislike or downside to Zoom. Its a great tool. It's very easy to use and deploy. The settings are easy to configure. I guess the only thing would be if I'm in a Zoom meeting on my desktop and choose to join from my cell phone, there are 2 entries thus throwing off the true number of meeting members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems with Zoom effecting our organization. We have not had to reach out to support in quite some time.

There a vast list of components to enhance and organize your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccessibility of account support when needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational contacts, conversations and client interactions easily tracked, stored and accessed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is, it is very easy to link Zoom with another app such as Google calendar. As a business, we also have a dedicated rep who we can contact for additional help or if there are technical issues. Following the last point, I've never encoutered any technical issues which I'm also very grateful for. We use Zoom every day for work and I use it at least four times a week. There are many features available, you can blurr your background or even change it, it's easy to put your group in breakout rooms, if you don't have access to a computer, you can use your phone, and there are more ways to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is't really anything about Zoom that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screensharing is something that I also really love which I forgot to mention in my previous comment. Whenever I need to help someone with a document or how a website works, or if I'm presenting something, I love to screenshare.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great step in the right direction if the ultimate plan for Zoom is to be more than the perfect meeting product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption rate of any features other than the standard meeting procedures seems to be a pretty large hurdle. Other similar tools are in place for many of the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't necessarily think it's solving any problems, but rather optimizing time better.
Zoom Workplace is intuitive, user-friendly, and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is easy to use all around - I love the integrations with other systems and tools that I use at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do like the updates and new features from time to time, it can be difficult to remember where everything is when those updates happen (especially for certain features that you don't use regularly like sound sharing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a company that is 100% remote, so Zoom Workplace let's us connect and "see" each other regularly. We are a very camera-on organization.
Great way to stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with everyday tasks in my workplace. Its easy to use as both the end user and organizer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little difficult to set up on the back end but the tech suport is helpful!

Zoom workplace is giving us an innovative way to relate to our customers and provide services to them seamlessly.

I find it difficult to get a straight answer or timely response when we need to correct or repair an account, function, etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and somewhat of a standard when it comes now to teleconferencing.

Constant updates/changes make it difficult as an administrator to keep track of

We utilize it as an IT Support option for allowing us access to a user's computer when troubleshooting.
Easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use! The interface is simple and there are not many hoops to jumo through to do what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it could be built into Outlook like Teams is, that would be easier to use for scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the beginning of the pandemic it was a game changer. Everyone at the company was able to use it without too much training, which is not always the case. It keeps people connected and they know what to expect and how to use it.
Can't beat tried and true
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Zoom is incredibly organized and in the admin settings, all features are essentially customizeable. Zoom is the ultimate tool for communication and collaboration. This program is essential to our business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is how much space is alloted for our recording storage, however, there really shouldn't be a problem long term as we take these videos and download them into our file cloud-storage platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is fantastic for long video recording while presenting as well as allowing many of our users to join with or without a license of their own. We love Zoom for our clients as this program is widespread and common place in the workforce. Zoom is also fantastic for presenting trainings and inviting guests to be able to share their viewpoints (or screens) and truly communicate without limits.
