Efficiently connects remote teams through seamless meetings

What is our primary use case?

We use Zoom for video conferencing, video calls, internal, and external meetings. It is a mix of internal team meetings and external client calls.

What is most valuable?

Zoom is easy to set up meetings, and the features work well. The audio and video quality is pretty good, depending on the internet connection. The screen-sharing feature works effectively, and I like how if someone else from our organization joins, we don't need to admit them via the waiting room; they just join automatically. It makes it easier to work with people remotely or in a hybrid setup.

What needs improvement?

Sometimes when I try to share my screen in a conference room, I have to click the share button more than once. This happens around fifty percent of the time.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom for five to seven years.

How are customer service and support?

I don't really use customer support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

At some point, we used WebEx. We switched from WebEx to Zoom for better technology and a better job with video quality streaming.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was straightforward.

What was our ROI?

Zoom saves time because we can do more virtual meetings.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others to just go for it. I like Zoom, but I believe everything could be improved. Anything could be improved, meaning no solution is perfect. I would rate Zoom an eight.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the interfaces are very intuitive and straight forward. There are lots of settings to customize your experience on the platform which is great. Stream quality is always great. New features always coming out, like threading and new chats appearing at the bottom of the chat menu.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat interface can be noisy even when minimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use and interactive video conferencing. Easy screen sharing and collaboration tools.

User friendliness, interconnection with other platforms, sharing and collaborative tool, easily accessible and allowing video conferencing, widely and frequently used by many.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find to be helpful about Zoom Workplace is the ability to call, set up meetings, and chat all in one platform. The app for both my desktop & phone work sufficiently. As a newer team member at my company, the easy of integration has been seamless, and I use Zoom Workplace all day, everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using Zoom Workplace is potentially the desktop app for MacBooks. I've been told in the past that even though I'm online, it shows that I'm away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving my business needs on the days I work remote. It's easy to jump on a call with a colleague, share my screen, chat, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom I have started using from the Covid Time and from there it was just amazing, I have attended any meetings and calls on the Zoom. It is easy to understand and quick support. There are bunch of other features that I admire
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is no improvement need to be there.
