Zoom solves problems by its easy to use and adaptability. The introduction of AI is huge. Its like having a person genrating the meeting minutes for you.

Administrative tools often lack polish - there are many, many nauanced areas of the interface and casual admins often require help - which is really lacking.

Serves as the primary system for remote instruction and lecture capture. It works well in the sense that most peer instittuions also have an instance, and we can self-support.
