What do you like best about the product?
the ability to have numerous shared viewing between participants, ability to electronically connect with participants through web, ability to control meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability of editing the receipients invite; the lack of protection for all parties involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
there are no problems they can solve, they said there is no option/alternative to meet my needs.

Perfect for seamless communication and teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is super easy to set up and join meetings, whether it is for a quick catch-up or a detailed project discussion. The other features like screen sharing and breakout rooms make it perfect for team collaboration, and it is super reliable every time we use it. It's definitely our go-to tool for all meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there is much I dislike about it, but if I had to, I would day that sometimes it can get a little bit glitchy if the internet connection is unstable, but I guess that it is more of an issue on the user's end. But other than that, it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate and collaborate with all the team around the world without any technical hassle, helping us keep projects on track and ensuring that our team is on the same page. I also find it to be a great productivity booster for our virtual teams.

What do you like best about the product?
In current company, we are using this for all the 3 to 5 meetings everyday. We are using team chat also and the background themes are really helpful to show in professional way.Overall my experience is highly positive. Its very easy to use. Everyday we are using this in my company to connect with colleagues. We integrated with outlook. Customer support is very appreciatable. can be implemented easily and the number of features is good like calls, effects, backgrounds, chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
In team chat if the seen time is shown then it will be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can initialize calls immediately, and multile users can share the screen at a time.

We like how easy people can join and how widely zoom is known in our industry

we do not like that sometimes have to download the application or the software from their cellphones

I dont have dislike option regarding the Zoom Website

zoom Workplace is good platform for solving virtual meeting and Business issues and also video conferencing and chat options and to make the class in a good Environment in Zoom . For me , I'm using zoom for video conference and also meeting and online classes through zoom.

Upsides:
1. Integrated the communicative tools very well:meetings, team chat, phone, mail and calendar applications
2. it has some elaboravtive features like whiteboarding, note-taking, recording, editing, etc.
3. Within a meeting you can send messagesto the whole meeting group,or a personal message to someone particularly, or to select people - this feature is very useful
4.The meeting toolbards and themes can be customised
5. It is easy to use - but may require someone to get comfortable with a load of features and their functioning
6. There are somany settings which make zoom a great tool for personal and business use
7. Implementation is a bit easy
8. Customer support is instanteous, no issues there
9. I use it almost every other day to connect with people all around the world

Downsides:
1. Settings can be very complicated to deal with sometimes, have to contantly check FAQs or chatgpt Eg: Chaning profile name is a not so easy process, you'd have to find the right tab and then it doesnt happen there,it takes you to its webpage you make and save the changes there. But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom
2. Has a restriction of 40-minutes free meeting with only 100 participants, formore you've to pay

Undoubtedly. it is a great collaborative tool allowing people to work together in an detailed way together. Once you get used to it it is quite user-friendly. But to really use the features upto its limit one has to be very well versed with zoom.
