A good tool for communication and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has multiple feaugres, like annotate and AI transcription, that are very helpful. The feature to drictly message a participant instead of sending a message to the entire meeting comes in very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the desktop version it is hard to display the screen properly. It becomes difficult to nagivate between screens. If I am projecting one window and move to another tab the screen sharing pauses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to schedule my meetings and keep them in my calendar. It allows me to keep a track of my scheduled meetings.

As a designer, what I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless collaboration features. The ability to share my screen during meetings makes presenting design mockups and prototypes incredibly smooth. The annotation tools are a huge plus, as they allow for real-time feedback directly on the design.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Zoom Workplace.

some times with huge group count in the live it will be in lag mode even if the internet is in good condition also.
