Direct contact at any time and in any place with an Internet connection makes it possible to connect and communicate with superiors and subordinates.
Best Quality - Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the collaborative whiteboard for team engagement virtual calls. And taking notes via virtual assistant is the best new feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Zoom meeting should give minimum of 1 hour meeting slot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in connecting with team when working on hybrid or remote. We can get through video conference calls without any disturbance or issues over the call.
While conducting meetings it given option to share screen and go through data along with using white boards and keeping notes which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to setup a meeting room that my whole team can come in and out of to collaberate with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that people you invite to a meeting have to download something onto their device. It would be great it they could connect to my meeting via a webbased experience when they follow a link invite.

It helps me to stay in contact with my agents and have a virtual office!

Differences in settings and availability to meet. Makes it easier to meet when some can meet in person and others on zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Zoom is how it brings people closer, no matter how far apart they are. I appreciate how it makes communication so easy, whether it’s for work or connecting with family and friends. For me, Zoom sometimes feels like a small window to the world, where we can share ideas, learn new things, and build stronger relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is that it sometimes makes communication feel too formal, even in moments when we need more spontaneity. Additionally, the overload of virtual meetings can feel exhausting at times, as they lack the warmth of in-person interactions, where we can read body language and connect on a deeper level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves many problems, most notably the challenge of communication across long distances. It allows individuals and businesses to meet easily from anywhere in the world. It also addresses the high costs of travel and transportation, making meetings and teamwork more efficient and cost-effective. Additionally, it facilitates remote learning and flexible work, giving people the opportunity to learn and work in ways that suit their circumstances.

What do you like best about the product?
Work meetings and how flexible and easy it is to operate. It brings an ease to everyone when learning how to operate it. Customer support is awesome and will always help with an problems. We can use it any time of day and we do. We use it all day long. Implementation and Intergration is the easiest part.

Ive never had problems with zoom workplace.
It is hard on resources with Legacy components

I like the idea of everyone being able to get together at one time.

It uses way too much ram and memory on my PC. This leads to distorted sound and choppy connection when trying to share my screen etc

It is a central place for 1:1's and round robin coaching with the sales team.
