Zoom is easy and not difficult and suitable for everything

Nothing To be honest until now, i used it in the universty and sessions

The proplem is for grouping the people so its makes it easier to group people control the whole meeting and share screeen also

Zoom workplace is very benefiting, you can collectively group meet with the entire district

Sometimes it doesnt redirect, but recently it works correctly

It is very easy to use, it is very intuitive... It gives a lot of control to the person conducting the conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to download it to be able to use it, and if you're not on a Wi-Fi source, it would be costly to download it with data.

Solve the communication problem, also its image is very clear.

The video chats are very engaging. It enables to take notes and record the meetings which is excellent for records and future references.

Sometimes the integration of Zoom with software is not very smooth, there is a room of slight improvement here.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the continuous updates to Zoom Workplace, particularly the improved virtual whiteboard feature and enhanced file-sharing capabilities. It’s great how these tools allow for more interactive and dynamic meetings. The integration with project management tools has also been a standout, helping us stay organized and focused throughout collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally great, there are a few areas for improvement. The setup process for large organizations can be more streamlined, especially when managing multiple teams. It would also be helpful if the time limits on group meetings could be extended or removed for higher-tier plans. Additionally, sometimes the platform experiences connectivity issues during high-traffic times, which can disrupt meetings. Some advanced features could benefit from more intuitive user guides or tutorials to make them easier to use from the get-go.

Integration Issues, Communication Barriers, Collaboration Challenges, Flexibility and Accessibility, Efficiency in Communication, These solutions have greatly benefited my team by improving our communication, increasing productivity, and fostering a stronger sense of connection, even while working remotely. Overall, Zoom Workplace has become an essential part of our daily operations

User friendly to navigate and operate. Also, works seemless on all platform be it lapop or tab or mobile phone.

Since now we have features to password protect intrusion, nothing as of now.

Connecting people across geography and also ensure that we transcend barrier of place and time zone from comfort of our homes

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works great when you need to have access to more tools like annotation for educational calls. The remote control feature is excellent especially when you're working with less tech-savvy people and a time saver too!

The interface is more complex compared to other similar tools as well as the costs for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is helping me with better options for meetings with clients who are less tech-savvy. The annotation tools are especially helpful for these types of calls.
