A Great Tool for Work and Personal
What do you like best about the product?
I've listed a few things that I like about Zoom:
- Transcription and Real-time closed Caption.
- Cloud and Local recordings.
- Customizable
- Account security and meeting security

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the provided cloud storage for meeting recordings for the base subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication - Whenever we need to discuss a few important matters, we'll just pop a meeting with Zoom and we are all set!

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless meetings with powerful AI transcripts. It allows you to stay in touch with the clients on a frequent basis. No issues like "unable to join" which happens usually on Microsoft teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
All I can come up with is that you have to pay a subscription fee for large meetings

I don't spend resources on unnecessary commuting. I can devote the saved time and money to other projects.
Zoom is easy to use, secure and popular. Most of my contractors only use it.
I use Zoom at least twice a week and I am very happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had anything to complain about, I would make it even easier for people who don't use Zoom to join the meeting. This would be a great help for older people who do not use the new solutions provided by the IT industry on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the zoom application, you can save a lot of time and money on traveling to customers, building relationships at the same level.
Between Zoom and Teams... I stay with Zoom all the way
What do you like best about the product?
I already liked various features, such as how user-friendly it is, how customizable it is, and all the tools it offers when hosting a meeting, but the AI transcription feature is simply a game changer. It saves a lot of time revisiting an entire recording, and it also allows you to quickly find the most relevant information you need from your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I would change is compatibility with Microsoft programs. However, I know this is more of an MS issue than a Zoom issue. There isn't much else to improve, Zoom is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it on a daily basis for meetings with my peers. I work remotely so it is an absolute necessity for me and my team. I'm a trainer, so I also use it as a virtual classroom with my trainees.

It is the OG video conferencing app, having said that it's also the one we use least. The ability to share a screen and draw on it is the best feature IMO

Our company moved to the Office Suite - this made integrating with anything other than Teams more challenging. Though this might be an MS complaint rather than a Zoom one

It helps to have multiple options to videochat with people especially when you need the interactivity of pointing things out on the screen when you're not the one presenting

Maybe the billing, but beside it's all good.

Zoom workplace makes it easy to communicate with employees to manage project and collaborate easily. Also it event scheduling and video conferencing make it easier for interviews and e-meetings.

Zoom workplace is useful for communicating with different people to share our ideas for business growth and is very beneficial in terms of time management.

Ease of use and the feature to minimise into different size depending on preference.

Chat box opens up seperately out of the video.

No need to be in the same physical location saving people time, energy and money allowing them to collaborate online.
