What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enhances workplace collaboration wit Zoom Meetings. It offers channels, file sharing, and threaded conversations, making team communication smooth. Cross-platform sync ensures messages are accessible anywhere, and integration with third-party apps adds flexibility.

Breakout session are quite complex to use i feel

Mostly sometimes it does not register meets and somehow they do not show up in my meet schedule

Zoom is helping me to organize my meets easily and I can have moderation and screen sharing with ease

In training, it works very well, we have conducted AI and Marketing courses via Zoom.

It remains a bit complex to use for those who do not have it installed on their computer.

During the pandemic, for example, it was the ideal means to move forward with everything in terms of communication. Currently, it is great for meetings with people who are in distant locations and for any type of training.

Earlier Without this application we have mostly onsite implementing the application but now we have doing this online with Zoom.

I haven't feel like this to complain about zoom...

We can connect the client anytime..from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the all the features Zoom provides during a meeting. You can add notes, use AI tools, breaking rooms is not hard to use, share content has a lots of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the software should be optional. There are times that I need to enter a meeting but Zoom has to be updated first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve communication and scheduling call meetings. I'm able to have a better meeting experience using the Zoom embedded in Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the User interface of Zoom Workplace, it's seamless and easy to use by anyone. creating notes and using the whiteboard feature are the ones I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security incidents that happened in the past sometimes give a second thought to its credibility, nevertheless, I'm still using Zoom because of its UI.

Firstly, its easy to use, the features are straight-forward which itself a highly benefiting thing for me.

Very happy with this product.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling a call and sharing that with invitees is very quick and easy. I have never had any issues with the software and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often struggle with using the app because it does not automatically update so it requires me to use the web version which is missing some of the features I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often take video calls with vendors or volunteers and this has been a huge help in scheduling and removing conflicts.
