Great video and AI capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for sharing screens, recording, taking notes, AI summaries, and real-time chat. It also integrates easily with Google Calendar and my contacts. I use this multiple times a week without any issues. It requires occasional system updates, but those are completely within minutes. It's easy to install on devices. I've used Zoom regularly for 3 years no and haven't had to contact customer support for any reason so far. Great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing, the toolbar can get in the way or get lost on my screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes remote work very easy. I can collaborate with team members and clients easily. Zoom simplifies client calls and makes it easy to share reports, findings, and have virtual face-to-face discussions. It also is a great option for screen and video capturing. Plus, it takes notes for you with it's AI tool.

There is nothing to dislike but one thing I can say is that it consumes data a little bit higher

What do you like best about the product?
As a frequent user of Zoom for workplace communication, I find it to be an invaluable tool for keeping teams connected, especially in a hybrid or remote work environment. The video conferencing feature is incredibly reliable, offering high-quality video and audio even with larger groups, which is essential for our team meetings and client presentations. I also appreciate the screen sharing and whiteboard functions, which make it easy to collaborate in real-time on design mockups and marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, Zoom can sometimes be resource-heavy, especially on older devices, which causes occasional lag or crashes. Additionally, the security features—though improved—require a bit of extra setup to ensure all meetings are fully protected. Overall, Zoom Workplace is an excellent solution for improving communication and collaboration, allowing us to stay connected and productive no matter where we are.

This is a wonderful platform for virtual meetings, communication and enhance the productivity.

Well, its monthly charges and background noise while meetings act as deterrent sometimes.

The best part of Zoom Workplace is that is comes with integration of zoom chat, meetings, whiteboard & zoom chat. It is the most user-friendly platform I have ever used. AI powered Zoom Workplace makes it even better and user-friendly for the less techy people.
