Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The sound is clear. The features are easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to schedule meetings and the platform is easy to use

zoom workplace makes it easy to have reliable meetings that is easy for any user to use.
Really enjoy the ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. Navigation is clean and easy. Was easy to implement and tain our team on. We started with phones and have transitioned to the new email platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few slight modifications with the new email platform. We have been working with the team to find fixes and work arounds. The team has been great to work with

Being able to "cherry pick" specific emails, spell check, and agent signature
No comparison in the video conferencing sector
What do you like best about the product?
Video and audio quality is superior to competitors. It's reliable and I rarely run into any issues. I support a large team of users and we rarely run into complications or confusion. We implemented Zoom phone recently, and it was very easy to roll out and the cost associated was very reasonable in comparison, and did not require us to sign another vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints. I know there are things that might be made better, but I feel like Zoom goes above and beyond with all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We prefer to use the tools that we have, without adding additional applications. Zoom has allowed us to have Video Conferencing, VoIP, Webinars, and Scheduling from one dashboard.

I like how the all the Zoom apps from the web are now on the desktop

the option can be overwhelming at first but then you realize its much better

communcating remotely.

I like that I can get a report of calls being made and received so that we can track if calls are being answered.

I do not like the fact that calls drop abruptly when your connection is unstable.

We are able to see if an employee is online or even available. At our company we don't clock in or out so there is no real way to know if someone is working.
Easy to use with many perks
What do you like best about the product?
i like the UI and how easy it is to navigate through the space based on the design. i use this app every single day and i love how easy it is to create chats and keep conversations + video calls organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't enjoy having the longer process to add contacts from external numbers.

The most helpful thing about Zoom Workplace is that it allows all staff, trustees and committee members to attend meetings even though they can't be there in person, and that means that everyone is "in the loop."
It also allows us to reach a broader audience for public programs and to record programs for more opportunities to share our content.

It does take a little time to set up before a meeting and participants have to have a good internet connection for it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling better attendance at meeting and broadening our audience for programs. More gets accomplished and more people become aware of our organization.
