Great meeting service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, rarely any downtime, easy admin interface.

Cost is rising for most things, Zoom is no exception.

Excellent Tool for Seamless Communication and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become an essential part of our daily operations. Whether it’s team meetings, client presentations, or virtual events, Zoom consistently delivers high-quality video and audio with minimal disruptions. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy for both tech-savvy and non-technical users to navigate and use effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is an excellent tool overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. First, the platform can be resource-intensive, particularly on older machines, which sometimes causes lag or crashes during meetings.

Zoom Workplace has significantly improved our team’s ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, especially in a remote work environment. It solves the problem of geographically dispersed teams needing a reliable and seamless way to connect.
Great all-in-one solution
What do you like best about the product?
With many staff already familiar with Zoom for meetings, it was a smooth transition to roll out other features of Zoom Workplace. Having our meetings, team chats, and whiteboards all in one place has vastly improved our interactions among the staff. Implementation was smooth as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setting you want is buried in the abundance of settings.

We were using too many apps to communicate internally.

Nothing. Zoom is better product than some other tools out there like hangout and teams

The ability to easily create and customize external and internal meetings.

The features often change without warning so would like to receive advance notice for any product updates.

The multiple screen sharing is a great new addition that has a ton of benefit for our team. The main problems Zoom solves is for creating, managing and organizing external and internal business meetings.
Great product with a few shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to Teams it is relatively lag free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional screen sharing bugs and artifacts especially regarding sound.

Able to have meetings with outside vendors and clients.
Zoom is an amazing tool in the workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace is easy to use. Setting up meetings, joining calls, and sharing screens are very easy...even to those who are not so tech-savvy. Zoom Workplace provides great intregation capabilities, I use it with my Google Calendar. The quality of the video and audio are excellent. It is easy to record our sessions/meetings. I also use the Breakout Rooms feature when brainstorming or doing training with large groups. Customer Support has been very supportive when needing responses to billing and technical issues. I use Zoom Workplace multiple times per day and it really is easy from implementation to the end of the Zoom session.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue would be the cost. I used to have security concerns but feel confident that these vulnerabilities within the system have been addressed.

Zoom Workplace has helped create a more connected, efficient, and secure work environment. I feel that it provides smoother communication, more organization, and the ability to work more efficiently from any location.
The audio should be better quality for music collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to use. I find it easy to start up and use it

The audio quality The audio quality is not very good. It would be better for music collaboration if the audio quality was better.

It helps me collaborate with others in a real time environment
Zoom is the best option for virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reliablity and cosistency of Zoom for our business to be able to have virtual meetings, you can't put a price on that. Video and connection is the best feature of Zoom Workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for a nonprofit but I guess you have to pay high for the best product.
