What do you like best about the product?
I find that when using Zoom Workplace I'm able to make contact with more people I otherwise would not be in contact with and get more projects cpmpleted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaspe there shuld be an intutive file share abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings was always an issue prior to Zoom Workspace.
Simple to use, could use better security features/assurances

It is very simple and easy for my users to enroll in and use. It is relatively easy to administer from my point of view also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Zoom was more secure. Better encryption features would be great.

Creates an easy way for customers to join calls

What do you like best about the product?
Favorite feature is the screen control, very convenient for troubleshooting other users' computers. Use it a lot, works well with hardware we have. I like that there are multiple tiers of usage as well for those who don't need to host meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requiring all hosts to be licensed is a bit inconvenient when there are other services with video conferencing built in that won't have a time limit.

Easy to use with lots of powerful features that enhance the virtual meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminder emails about our license cap a little annoying, I was literally just in the admin panel and saw how many licenses we had as I assigned the one that triggered the warning.

Allowing staff members and external collaborators to connect virtually.

Zoom really helps bring people together across different areas. It allows you to feel connected and build community while not physically in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can sometimes be difficult to hear when you play a video for all the members to watch.

Zoom is allowing us to meet with parents in the evenings without requiring them to find childcare.

Zoom Workplace is like the secret sauce for seamless remote work. What stands out for me is its simplicity and user-friendly interface. It makes virtual meetings almost as natural as face-to-face ones. The breakout rooms feature is brilliant for smaller team discussions or brainstorming sessions within a larger meeting. Plus, the integration capabilities with other tools keep everything smooth and connected. It just takes the stress out of coordinating and collaborating across distances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I’d say that while Zoom Workplace excels in virtual meetings and ease of use, it sometimes falls short on the collaboration front. The chat and file-sharing features aren't as robust as some other platforms

not having breakout rooms inside breakout rooms. useful in school setup, when classrooms go to practice to be able to split again

The integration with other workplace tools, such as calendars and file-sharing apps, is also seamless, enhancing productivity and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Zoom could improve is its chat functionality. While it serves the purpose, it feels less robust compared to other messaging apps. Additionally, the application can sometimes be resource-intensive, causing slower performance on older devices or less powerful systems. There are also occasional issues with connectivity, particularly in high-traffic meetings, which can disrupt the flow of communication.

The ability to quickly set up meetings, share screens, and work together in virtual rooms helps streamline workflows and maintain productivity, This flexibility is invaluable, especially in coordinating with teams like the UC, ODL, and VDI teams, where smooth communication is essential for addressing issues and achieving goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clendar links and ease of connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the system admin, I am not fond of paying for each of our staff. I know a paid service will always be better than a "free", but when we have a large group the annual cost gets to be quite a bit. It would be good if the cost per license decreased as the size of the account increased. Although, there is quality and innovation for the non-free conference room systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many we recently changed the way we do much of our business. With so much more of our staff growth coming from other areas it is great to have gas connections.
