What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom Workplace is that most companies are familiar with it and use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
My most recent difficulty with Zoom Workplace was when a partner sent me a link that did not allow me to log in. I had to call in to join the meeting, which was fine. I wasn't able to view the screen shared info, but I'm sure if I called in with the app I would have been able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with regionally diverse and remote teams.
Dependable and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The system is always 'on'. We can't recall ever having any sort of outage, which means money saved. Our team finds it easy to use as well. Whenver we have needed assistance customer support has always been fast and conveinent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's possible for Zoom to charge a little less for the software. If they could, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform gives our remote working employess the ability to text message those outsdie of the Zoom network.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily integrates with Google meeting calendars, allowing for frequent use and multiple meeting coordinations with Statistical tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to improve the language offerings, so that the multilanguage offerings are valid for multicultural use.

ZOOM for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The fact is that it connects to my team workspace and my calendar and is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the plug-ins for Google Spaces, like Google Calendar, are buggy. For example, you can't set a co-host/sub-host directly from the calendar invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely. So, most of my contact with my team and network is virtual. Zoom is my team's hub for communication and networking.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom consistantly works well and is easy for people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a 40 minute limitation on free accounts.

It allows us to easily and consistantly have videoconference meetings.
Simply The Best
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, availablitiy of various features that are needed under very specific conditions. Abilty for the application to adapt from couple of users to presenting to a large group with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this applies for most modern serivces its very easy to add licenses, and not as easy to remove them when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to colaborate, quickly and with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and manageable workspace for both the host and the enduser. Perhaps its greatest strength is the ease with which the uninitiated can join a zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZOOM in both educational and administrative contexts. For our educational purposes, it is an unparalelled solotion because it allows our participants/students to gain access to the virtual classroom with very little effort. There is no need to create an elaborate or expensive account. In most cases, all our students need to do is click the provided link. While there are other solutions, everyone can access zoom and almost all of our participants are familiar with the platform.

AI Companion Enhancements: The latest AI features like meeting summaries, smart recordings, and chat drafting, have significantly improved. They help save time and keep everyone aligned even if they miss a meeting.
Improved Whiteboard Tools: The updated whiteboard and collaboration tools feel smoother and more intuitive, making brainstorming sessions more interactive and visually appealing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance Optimization: While generally stable, Zoom could still improve resource usage—especially during multitasking or when multiple collaboration tools are running.
More Integrated Admin Controls: The admin dashboard could benefit from more centralized controls and clearer visibility into system health and analytics.
Better Cross‑Platform Consistency: Occasionally, features differ slightly between desktop, web, and mobile. Ensuring consistent behavior would improve the user experience.

As it is a known platform for Video conferencing, it facilitates scheduling meetings or webinars with external entities

Nothing, absolutely nothing! Everything is seamless.
