Zoom Makes Videoconferencing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the filters and the specialization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of steps to get a video going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for meetings when not all employess available in the same place.
Zoom Workplace, helping to move the business world
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the accepted standard for business virtual meetings. They are constantly improving the product each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike except for it is constantly being updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing a standard that can be used with people outside our company.
Pretty Basic
What do you like best about the product?
The easer of scheduling. I mainly use the workplace to create the Zoom link and then throw it in my gcal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was integrated with Google Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's only been helpful as most our clients prefer it for video.

The connection is always amazing and doesnt lag

Zoom space
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in the Home screen. It has all 4 items I nned every day.

The chat especially if you have a large amount of users.

A collaboration space.
Extremely user friendly to set up and roll out
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has been extremely easy to set up and roll out, from an administrative standpoint. Integrating current features, and the roll out of new features is extremely easy. My organization is 90% remote so we use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have noticed so far is when users request features be enabled, we don't always recieve an email about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom in late 2019, early 2020, as we and everyone else went to a remote/WFH structure. We needed the ability to have both large and small meetings, as well as class style meetings. As everything has transitioned since then into Zoom Workplace, we have found ourselves using more of the features that are available, and that has made our meetings and events continue to run smoothly.
Using Zoom as our All Hands meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, familiar to all, highly featured for All Hands styled meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were a web client, that doesn't require a local computer install to join meetings.

Solving collaboration and connecting with others in a useful manner.
Smooth and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth meetings with business and partners. Easy to message meeting attendees after meeting.

No issues so far when using zoom workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are quite stable. Audio filtering is excellent. Very easy to setup and to get non-tech people setup and used to the platform. Breakout rooms and timers allow us to do all sorts of interesting things in our online classroom. Much more stable and high quality video and audio compared to Teams and Google Meet
What do you dislike about the product?
Google calendar integration is iffy. I get security alerts every time I send a meeting invite with Google calendar. Pro plan is a bit pricey. A bit of a hassle at the beginning of every meeting to see if everyone's audio and video is setup correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer online training. We couldn't exist in this form without Zoom to serve as our classrom. We also use it internally for meetings with our team spread out all over Canada.
Zoom workspace allows my organization to collaborate and keep meetings organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar scheduling feature is by far the best feature of zoom workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about it. I would say if I had to pick, it would be that it's difficult to add non-zoom account holders as guests on meetings.

We run a complex organization with remote employees all over the world. Zoom workspace allows my organization to run seamlessly.
