Easy to use, even for those you are NOT tech savvy
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use. For someone that was a Teams user, I was a little worried about transitioning over to Zoom but it has been nothing but an easy transition. The tools avaialable, and the resources, made it an exxtremly easy transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time the only item that I dislike it the Zoom transcribing. It isn't as accurate as I would like but there are other tools you can integrate that make this better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to intergrate with our CRM.
Zoom has been excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
I've liked the continued feature additions, like clips and AI summary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process is clunky at best. I can also click zoom to open it while logged in and it will try to log me in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up a video meeting and capturing a video and summary of each meeting.

Speedy and efficient! The customer support is also very quick to answer any questions I have.

I do not have any specific issues with Zoom Workplace.

Ultra reliable, high-performance, feature-rich conferencing service. Also includes comprehensive and granular security features and controls to enforce security policies and ensure compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Default permissions in Zoom Meetings are too permissive. Any meeting attendee can share content without host approval. Strongly disliked when Zoom took away the ability for meeting admins to unmute participants. This has caused problems for us during large company meetings where the host couldn't unmute speakers

International communication and collaboration across continents and time zones. Fast and flexible meetings anywhere, anytime
Zoom Workplace has a been a great asset for our company
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom Workplace is definitely the Zoom Team Chat tab. We use it a lot within my department and recently pushed it out to our entire company. It was very easy to use and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates are kind of tricky. We setup our zoom clients to auto launch when we turn our computers on, but this causes the updates to take while to apply due to the client launching right away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves our need for an instant chat, it has a great UI and is easy to use.
We use the Zoom Rooms for store to store conference meetings as well as the kiosk feature for when a customer needs help

Zoom Makes Work Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Zoom Workplace you can video and telephone chat all in the same place. While or organization doesn't use the chat feature, I imagine that would be easy to integrate into our day to day operations as well. While we are all back in person at our Boston HQ, our clients are world wide and Zoom makes it easy to connect with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls drop and there is a lag when presenting. Audience clapping is not heard over Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to connect with our team and our clients when we are all not in the same place.
Zoom for Business is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and experiences less glitches than its competitors. I always have issues with teams. The G suite calendar integration is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the trouble with audio that occurs occassionally, but i think that is mostly user error

Zoom helps us organize meetings and makes it easier to screen share in our conference rooms
Zoom has streamlined our office's space. We are able to seamlessly connect, share, and zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the map feature and it is great having meetings displayed on our screens in each room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen doesn't always share to full screen. I wish there was a way to optimize for the screen you are sharing to, rather than for your laptop. Similar to airplay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way for our conference rooms to be able to share our screens and join meetings. We are an agency, so our clients are not always on the same platform and with zoom rooms that is not an issue anymore!

I like the ease of use and how well it works with Google. Prefer Zoom to Teams and Google Meet

I can't think of any downsides. I really enjoy Zoom

It makes it easy to have one platform all our staff use.

I love Zoom. It is very user friendly, easy to use and I love how easily it integrates with Outlook.

There are no downsides I can think of with Zoom Workplace.

It allows employees to 'meet', even when staff are not physically together. This allows for greater collaboration and better communication.
