What do you like best about the product?
Reliability of meetings is a big plus, most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom interface is getting a little cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to meet remotely and save valuable resources otherwise spent on travel.
Zoom makes it easy to work with clients remotely to accomplish business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing is the ease of use. We use Zoom almost daily to conduct client calls, vendor meetings, and internal collaboration. Being able to record mettings for later review is also a fantastic feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user and an Administrator, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are expanding out business offerings and part of that is working with client all over the region, country, and world. Zoom allows us to interact with current and prospective clients to achieve our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace excels in providing a seamless and user-friendly platform for team collaboration. The integration with other tools like Slack and Salesforce enhances productivity, making it easier to manage projects and communicate effectively across different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it can be resource-intensive, which sometimes leads to lag during larger meetings or when using multiple features simultaneously. Improved performance optimization would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the challenge of remote team collaboration and communication by providing a centralized platform for meetings, file sharing, and project management. This has significantly benefited my team by streamlining workflows, reducing the need for multiple tools, and enhancing our ability to stay connected and aligned, regardless of location. The ease of scheduling meetings and the high-quality video and audio have also improved our overall efficiency and communication.

I love the abililty to collaborate with the team on calls, using whiteboards, getting assistance from AI tools, etc. It integrates well with our current applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all right now, but I need to use it more.

It is helping me to have better collaboration with my teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how zoom workplace is seemlessly integrated with all of the platforms my company uses. If I'm scheduling a meeting through webex or outlook or teams, its easy to see the zoom button and there's no need to switch through accounts and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard to troubleshoot and figure out who exactly is having issues. I'm part of the IT helpdesk team so I often get calls about people unable to hear each other, but there doesn't seem to be a streamlined way to identify who exactly is having trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom workplace is solving the problem of meeting people in person or hosting seminars. We don't need to schedule conference rooms or account for travel times or unforseen setbacks. The zoom cloud recordings make it easy for anyone who missed something to catch up.
One stop solution for meetings and chat.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is intuitive enough for new employees and teams to pick up the product, implement, and use it themselves with minimal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have better email-in support for chat channels.

Instead of having three platforms for meetings, webinars and chat, it's all available within one UI.

Much better than other video conferencing software I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it works, honestly. I struggle with other video conferencing providers because they'll be laggy or some functionality will not work. Zoom works well for me. I like the AI transcripts too, they're usually pretty accurate and summarize the right things. I use Zoom multiple times a day, and it's integrated with our CRM which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's workplace specifically, but we also have Zoom Events and it doesn't work most of the time and getting support is unnecessarily difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with the team and clients and prospects in a professional way.
A simple yet instrumental tool
What do you like best about the product?
Fluidity of the user experience. It's very easy to navigate, record, start polls, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost seems to be a bit on the high end.

Very easy to schedule and create calls. Instrumental in cross collaboration with internal colleagues and clients.
Good software, wish there were more integrations

Zoom works and is the standard for web meetings.

I wish there were more integrations like competitors, but I'm sure more will come in time.
