We have had some difficulties but when it’s working it’s decent.
What do you like best about the product?
When it's functional it's decent, I like the filters.

Occasionally, there are problems with links and call issues for people trying to join, and sometimes people get stuck in the waiting room.

It allows us to collaborate remotely and to network.
I like Zoom and all it has to offer (and more).
What do you like best about the product?
How we can manage our work phones and users. The flow of structuring calls is complicated but easy to understand. There is much to learn, but the workplace makes things discoverable!

It may be difficult to navigate for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is giving an alternative to connect with clients. The ability to Zoom call or text and have that viewed with email is great.

It works usually as it needs to and has minimal latency issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Custoemr support is horrendous. Trying to get someone to message you back and then accents prevent communication. An RA account is a terrible way to handle tech/billing issues.

Not solving any issues that Teams doesnt with what we already pay Microsoft

Technical Issues: Connectivity problems, audio delays, and video lags can frustrate users, especially when trying to conduct important meetings.

Zoom's breakout rooms feature allows instructors to split students into smaller groups for discussions, group work, or peer reviews, which can foster collaboration and deeper learning.

The read ai that automatically adds to meetings. We can't figure out to get rid of it

I find that Zoom is incredibly easy to use for daily meetings, and can seemlessly integrate into other programs.

Not great when a Microsoft Office Suite is the primary tool of an org. Otherwise, no compliants.

I really appreciate the ability to be able to work together while we're on Zoom. Being able to annotate while we're all on as a team is extremely helpful and useful when we're all working together on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single downside to Zoom Workplace!

Having team members spread around the world means Zoom is the one place we can all easily meet together and work on projects together.
