The worst support service
What do you like best about the product?
just a regular tool for video calls nothing special ...

1. I needed help from the Zoom billing team. I offered to set up a call via Zoom, but the Zoom billing team told me they do not use Zoom for calls. Instead, they use direct mobile phone calls and provided me with a list of 5-10 countries they support. Once again, Zoom support is not using Zoom for support.
2. If the support team does not respond within 5 minutes, you have to wait another 5, 10, 30, 60, or even 120 minutes for a response. However, if you do not respond within 5 minutes, they will close the chat.
3. The support team decides when to close the chat. In my case, I was having a conversation and asking questions when the support agent left the chat without any explanation.

Zoom is very useful
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very useful because its video is very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video cuts out which makes it hard to understand other participants.

Zoom is allowing me to communicate with other users.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is the best collaboration tool, which is user friendly. It supports any device to login and I use it almost everyday for the office connects. The integration is super helpful with office tools and easy to screenshare and I try and implement multiple apps in it. Whenever we have trouble, the support from backend team is quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much here. Its a easy going one for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home, hence I connect with my peers and all my meetings are scheduled through Zoom workplace videos. Its the best face to face collaboration tool with a great opportunity in screen sharing.

I like best about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools, making it easy to connect and work with colleagues from anywhere and anytime.

Zoom Workplace can sometimes experience connectivity issues, leading to interruptions during important meetings.It makes me some time frustrate.

It's user friendliness, excellent audio and video quality, that improve online meetings and team work.

Sometimes after prolonged meetings zoom may have some problems and you have to restart your device for you to use it again.

The issue with geographical location.Its easy now because we can schedule meetings with staff any at time that is deemed convenient.
