  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom workplace is how easy it is for me to join meetings and communicate with others without technical issues. I use it for online classes, project discussions, and team meetings, and the audio and video quality are usually clear. Features like screen sharing and chat help me collaborate more effectively, and it works smoothly on both my laptop and phone, which makes it very convenient for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of internet bandwidth, especially during longer meetings or screen sharing sessions. Sometimes there are connectivity or audio lag issues on weaker internet connections. The free version also has some limitations, like meeting time restrictions, and some advanced features require a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected with my teammates, and others through smooth online communication and collaboration. I use it for online classes, meetings, and project discussions, and it makes it easy to share ideas, screens, and files in real time. This saves time, improves teamwork, and allows me to attend meetings from anywhere without needing to be physically present.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to join a meeting with one click. It's easy and accessible. I also find the active noise cancellation works really well. It's a lifesaver when working from outside, coffee shops, restaurants, or even open offices. The initial setup was super straightforward and everyone was up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature feels underdeveloped. Faster notifications, better optimization, and adding emojis would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace keeps meetings, messages, and team chats all in one place. It's easy to join meetings with one click, and the active noise cancellation is a lifesaver for working in noisy environments.

User-Friendly and Feature-Rich, Needs Annotation Enhancement

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly for virtual meetings with my clients and find it incredibly useful with its AI recorder that summarizes meetings, making note-taking after calls easy. I also appreciate its user-friendly interface, which allows me to schedule meetings effortlessly. It's really convenient with features like one-click to join, integrated meetings, chat, whiteboards, and breakout rooms, which help me manage multiple people by assigning various tasks in a streamlined manner. The live captions and multiple other uses make it valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve the feature to annotate, it is very hard to find that feature while you are screen sharing and often leads to me finding things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings. The AI recorder is helpful for summarizing meetings and taking notes. It's easy to use with features like one-click join, combining meetings and chats, and offering breakout rooms and live captions.

Robust Remote Communication with Stellar Integrations

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of access and the ability to integrate with tools like Outlook and Slack. The AI companion and transcripts are extremely useful, especially for generating meeting summaries that serve as minutes. I appreciate the interface and look of Zoom as well. Integration with Slack helps me by giving reminders of meetings throughout the day, and with Outlook, it's simple to add a Zoom link to meetings, making collaboration easy. The AI companion is particularly helpful for remembering discussions and articulating action items. It was also very easy to set up initially, just a matter of installing and logging in through enterprise SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it can get somewhat tricky to access the transcripts and recordings sometimes, you need to navigate through a lot of pages to get to it. It would be useful if the transcripts and recordings had a shortcut of sorts, to be able to use easily. It would also be useful to integrate something like Claude or ChatGPT, so that it can listen to the conversation in real time and you can ask prompts to them. AI companion somewhat does this already, but it would be helpful to be able to use Claude also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to communicate remotely, manage large meetings with control options, and record sessions. The AI companion and transcripts provide summary and clarity, while integration with Outlook and Slack keeps me organized and on schedule.

The Backbone of Our Remote Operations

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has truly become the backbone of our team operations. I appreciate that it's not just about video calls anymore; the chat feature prevents me from constantly switching between apps to follow up on meeting discussions. I also find the recording feature incredibly useful, especially for team members in different time zones who can't always join live. In terms of day-to-day collaboration, it makes remote work feel much less remote. I love the Whiteboard feature for brainstorming sessions; it allows everyone to participate actively by adding sticky notes and drawing connections, making sessions feel more inclusive and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me is the performance during large calls. Once you get past 20-30 participants, things can get a little shaky - audio cutting, video lagging, the frozen screen (occasional). And the pricing structure could be clearer. As team grows, figuring out which plan covers what features starts to feel like a puzzle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is the backbone of our team operations. It centralizes everything—calls, chats, and webinars—reducing chaos and eliminating app-switching. Recordings and transcripts improve follow-up, and chat enhances response times. The whiteboard feature boosts brainstorming, feeling like we're all together.

Helpful AI Feature with Easy Onboarding and Great UI/UX

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature is very helpful in case one zones out or if the conversation gets too technical. Downloading and onboarding on the app is also pretty easy, good design and UI/UX and has become a standardised tool all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for the premium version is a bit much for students though and the 45-minute cap on the free version should be removed. It's not very well integrated with linux systems too, as well it is in Macs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number of features Zoom Workplace has is impressive. It has helped clients across hiring, interviews, friendly catchups and so on.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes communication and collaboration. Meetings, chat, and file sharing are all in one place, which saves time and helps teamwork run more smoothly. It’s straightforward to use and has been very reliable for both in-office and remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes it feels a bit heavy and can slow down on low-end devices or weak internet connections. Also, too many notifications and features can make the interface feel slightly cluttered at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of managing communication and collaboration across different apps by bringing meetings, chat, and file sharing into one platform. It benefits me by saving time, improving teamwork, and making it easier to stay connected and productive, especially during remote work.

Feature-Rich Zoom for Teaching Made Easy

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom lets me assign different privileges to different attendees, offers a wide range of features like the whiteboard and emoji reactions, and includes recording tools that make teaching online much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve found with Zoom is that when two different users join a meeting on the same account, which I need for my teaching job, it can sometimes glitch and kick one of us out of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By allowing control over attendee privileges I no longer have to worry about who gets to share screen, rename others, etc, and helps keep my online classes under control.
