Zoom is very convenient and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about the Zoom workplace is that it consolidates multiple tools into a single platform. The necessities like video meetings, chat, phone, whiteboarding, file sharing, etc, make it much easier to find without having to juggle separate apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about the Zoom workplace is that there are connectivity issues that still need to be resolved. Also, there are a lot of features that I dont even use so it's kind of overwhelming to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides collaboration for my students to make them more engaged. The whiteboard feature as well as the sharing of the control keeps my students engaged during the lesson
Zoom is the standard for good reason.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and is pretty standard so the integrations work well, it's stable, and the features are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if zoom also worked in a browser. Sometimes if meeting with somebody who isn't using zoom, they have to update first.

As a fully remote employee, Zoom gives me the ability to meet with my team anywhere and anytime.
Zooming Ahead: How Zoom Keeps Me Connected
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom since 2020, and I almost use the platform every day. Zoom has quickly become an essential part of my communication and collaboration, both professionally and personally. It’s more than just a video conferencing platform, offering a suite of tools that brings my clients and teams together no matter where they’re based around the UK or beyond. For me, the biggest benefit lies in its simplicity, it’s intuitive to use, reliable, and works seamlessly across my devices, which are an Apple MacBook Pro, Apple iPhone and iPad. Whether I’m joining from my laptop, mobile, or even integrating with my calendar, Zoom ensures meetings happen smoothly without unnecessary friction.
What I like best about Zoom is the way it creates an inclusive and interactive environment. The video quality is consistently strong, the audio is clear, and the features such as breakout rooms, polls, and screen sharing make sessions engaging when I host or join meetings. It’s ideal for when I am running online workshops, team meetings, or one-to-one catch-ups with my clients. The chat function also adds value, allowing participants to share resources, links, or thoughts without interrupting the flow of the conversation, which is very useful when we are running a workshop and have lots of people on the call.
Installation is simple on all my devices; simply download the app and log in (after creating an account) and you are good to go!
I also like how easily Zoom integrates with other platforms I use daily. Scheduling through both my Outlook and Google Calendars is effortless, and the collaboration tools, such as whiteboards and annotations, add a layer of creativity to discussions. Additionally, the security features give me confidence that conversations remain private and secure.
Overall, Zoom stands out because it combines reliability with functionality, enabling more natural, human interactions online. It has become my go-to solution for connecting, collaborating, and staying productive wherever I am.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is that Zoom and the frustrations I’ve experienced are with updates. The platform often requires downloads or patches at inconvenient times. While updates usually add useful features, they can occasionally interrupt the start of a meeting if not managed in advance.
That said, there isn't much to dislike, and it provides an excellent platform for my virtual collaboration needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my accessibility issues of joining meetings. Whether I’m at my desk, on the move, in the car (parked up safely of course) or joining from home, I can connect with colleagues, clients, or partners instantly. This flexibility saves time, reduces travel costs, and ensures I’m not limited by geography when building relationships or getting work done. I also like the fact I can schedule calls with clients at a time that works for us both, and when we join the call we can see and hear each other, coupled with screen sharing, we can work on projects and get stuff done.
Straightforward way to video call with work or friends
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably straightforward, I personally love the breakoutgroup feature where you can talk with individual groups. Great for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has limited features,Needs powerful wifi connection slows down computer, drains battery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Features such as generated backgrounds can be glitchy, and the audio acts up, but there have been updates making it better, especially making the backgrounds less wearing on your computer in terms of data/wifi usage
Awesome experience for Group Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Whiteboard and cooperative doc building helps a lot with most processes and our weekly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the meeting is big or someone does not have appropriate hardware, the meeting will take too much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cooperative meetings and team work are best on this app.
Great connection service in workplace environment
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace pulls everything you need into one space. Instead of bouncing between chat, video, phone, and docs, you can move smoothly through them inside a single platform. That makes it easier to stay connected with a team, keep track of conversations, and switch from a quick message to a live call without friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downside to Zoom. It's been working pretty fine for seamless workflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace tackles tool overload, meeting inefficiencies, and the challenges of hybrid work by unifying video, chat, email, docs, and scheduling into one platform with AI support.

Good for short meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great option for shorter meetings with team members. You are able to collaborate online and share your screen when needed. It’s also helpful for break out sessions in longer meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t pay for the best subscription, you have a time limit on your meetings. Also if someone has created the meeting, they are the host and if something happens to them, the entire meeting ends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach wider audiences because some people can’t use Microsoft teams. It’s better for larger groups.
