What do you like best about the product?
quick integration with CRM hubspot has helped us centralize the calls into one place

each time we need to select the zoom number, wish it could be eaily defaulted depending on the user record and its usage

Multiple worktools in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has allowed me the capability to set up my meetings through multiple platforms (email, online, etc.) which simplifies my process. The new AI addition has been a great way for me to take notes and focus in my meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that some staff struggle with the functionality if they are not computer-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our issues with distance between our office sites.

I need to look at the settings for notifications because I don't actually want to see ALL my emails pop up, but it is handy to have them right there with everything else.
