Zoom is wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, super sleek and easy to use! Much better quality than teams

It can be hard to navigate creating zooms for other users than yourself

We are an all virtual company so it is vital!

Easy to use! There are lots of great features.

Some features are difficult to find and take some searching around.

Solves for lack of in-person meetings.
Base Plan is Mediocre Pro + Is expensive and has features that should be in the base plan
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability and ease of screen share, I like the unique meeting ids with the ability to add passwords, I like that it integrates into Slack/teams, wish it integrated more into Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Base plan 40m long meeting caps!!!!! This is so frustrating and annoying especially when I have to request access through my company to temporarily upgrade my plan to have hour+ long meetings

nothing, I enjoy using Zoom. It is a great tool to have during meetings

Im not too sure. I have not had any issues with using Zoom through my workplace

Very efficient, works smoothly and many feature assist with business meetings

The link between the App and calendars does not always work. If we plan a meeting from a calendar directly, generating a link it does not necessarily creates a valid Zoom meeting link, which is an issue when sending links to clients.

Meeting with people all around the world without internet issues

I like how easy it is to navigate. Some people are not tech-savy and Zoom Workplace helps making things easier

Sometimes the connections or video quality aren't the greatest but sometimes that their internet

Scheduling and communicating with people that have completely different time zones and schedule than me and this app makes it easy and convienent for everyone involved

It's great for business meetings or conference calls when you don't want to travel and save money or for international conversations

It sometimes seems like it's not secure in private conversations

The cost in traveling so saving money or finding out the company you are in a conference with over this platform is not the one you are really interested in afterall so money and time are saved
