It's user friendly interface makes scheduling and joining meetings staraightforward, The video and audio quality consistently impresses, providing clear communication without interruptions. the range of features from screen sharing and virtual backgrounds to breakout rooms and recordind options adds incredible versatility to any meeting.

Security updates and patches can sometimes lead to inconsistencies or bugs affecting user experience.

It's covering the gap between different business parties, It's the best communication tool for interaction. It's benefitting alot as it's very easy to communicate with others, easy to schedule meeting and do many other things through zoom.

Most important thing is the stability and quality of the calls and the addition of social interaction.

I found the inability to send the text messages directly within the platform

Zoom is lot easier to handle while sharing screen. It is also helpful in navigating through Chats while screen share is on.

A bit of lag here and there. Sometimes chats won't update.
