Zoom Workplace a simple and efficient way to connect and stay up to date in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and have yet to run into any technical difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about zoom workplace yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps everyone connect and review/discuss current topics at hand even if we aren't all together. It is a convenient way for us to all collaborate and communicate at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Meetings became a necessity during the pandemic - clients demanded it often, and we had to have a platform for audio and videoconferencing, and for media interviews. Zoom is just one of the easiest to use meeting and conferencing platform, while having affordable prices. Also, Zoom never failed us, while clients using Microsoft Teams often had call dropouts or disconnects when we attended, and many occasions we had to use our Zoom account as an alternative for our clients' meetings. For media interviews, we always depended on Zoom to record such interviews, and we could pass on the recordings to our journalist colleagues for their content consumption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest AI summary is a great feature, but more is needed to have better content parity and accuracy with the actual meetings. I am sure this is one area Zoom will refine as it goes along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an international clientele, video and audio virtual meetings became more and more important especially during and after the pandemic. Business travel reduced tremendously due to costs, and so using Zoom for audio and video conferening became an important process and system for us to keep clients in the loop for progress and outcomes, and for us internally to brainstorm with local and remote colleagues across the world, especially in Asia, while saving travel and costs. With media training and also helping our journalist colleagues record their interviews with our clients, Zoom too became an important tool.

sometimes it is slow but that may be due to my internet connection

Zoom Workplace is a great video conferencing platform that offers a lot of value for the price. It is a good choice for businesses of all sizes that need a reliable and easy-to-use solution for virtual communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace very commmonly use application and If I talk about it uses then 1st is secheduling meeting. It also offers screen sharing, room creation etc. It has a lots of features which is realy useful. UI is also very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
disapointing is Zoom uses a lot of internet bandwidth, which can be a problem for people with slow internet. This can cause lag or dropped calls, especially during busy times.

It allows to accelerate pending work in terms of communication, you can also create rooms to have privacy and in the same way, we can have rooms together
