Staying Connected with Loved Ones: Zoom Level Review for Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
Aka a big language model, I cannot have specific preferences. Users enjoyed the simple to use interface and combined chat, video conferencing and file sharing into a single platform to optimize the communication and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-being being Zoom Workplace a huge model, I can't dislike anything, but users say that the lack of in-person cues and a loaded interface makes Zoom Workplace seem like a tiresome place to be. This could make integrations with other tools faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is improved on Zoom Workspace with chat, video calls, and file sharing in one place. This makes collaboration easier and at the same time saves me time from having to switch apps to the other ones just to work smoothly and effectively.

It is integrated with a lot of applications, easy user interface, good sharing options, low maintainence

It does not allow you to see your participants in a good way while sharing your screen

Zoom Meetings was a great app, Zoom Workplace feels extremely unfinished

Easy video calls and contact management, much like it's always been.
What do you dislike about the product?
NONE OF THE ADDED FEATURES ENHANCE MY EXPERIENCE. Change to starred category are no longer sorted by type and no option to do so. Used to make sense, does not any longer.

I don't know how to trigger this, it just happens, and is infuriating because I work a support job for a company, so I talk to a lot of people. Didn't have this issue with old Zoom app. We use Zoom every day for communication, and I had no complaints until this update.

Zoom Workplace solves no new issues that the old Zoom app didn't.
A necessary tool to bring people together anytime and anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like is fast to join a call and you can pre save your settings about recording, sharing, launching a pool.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have to click so many buttons at the start of a call to agree on everything, on every call! Too many, and sometimes they get lost in between windows.

has the links ready to the meetings, no need to prep time.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can have all the communication over only one platform, our internal and external chats and call.

I would re arrange the team chat area, allowing to set everything as each one would like.

I have everything in one place, the communication with my coworkers and with anyone outside my company.

Easy to use, hardly ever any techincal issues

some recent updates had certain functionalities or setting in different places, so getting used to where things now live/how to access

allows for team collaboration easily since majority of our team is spread out across the country

Not sure maby be there black and green theme and the video quality, during poor network also it worked well.

It was been using for internal communications and meeting but was not good enough hence it go replaced later with Google meet.
Zoom Makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is a more user friendly platform versus other video confrencing options in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add ons meetings vs. webinars, etc. Would rather one prgram to meet all needs, even those that are occasional.

Has saved a lot of unnecsasary travel time and expense

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to connect with people remotely and effortlessly via Zoom's software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and time limits for meetings when not paying for a subscription

Travel expenses and time commitments are not as high when we are able to use this.
Zoom Workplace Review
What do you like best about the product?
The meetings are always smooth and I have no issues with my meetings. I like that you have the SSO functionality for organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be confusing during the calls to find the sound and video settings. It has gotten better but I I think it has not reach a point were it is easy to find. It will be helpful to understand how to better manage users. Ideally, it will also be helpful to add more licenses on the portal as opposed to having to call a rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the way that my organization meets with other clients or for videoconferencing.
