Zoom is the best in the industry

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's used it all: MS Teams, Slack, Discord, Skype, Google Meet, and Zoom—the latter is the best, by far. Zoom is the most accessible web conferencing platform on the market, it's easy and free to use, you can download it quickly on practically any device, and video/audio quality remains high. I use Zoom daily for internal and external meetings, and I also find that the reporting analytics are far superior to other platforms. When we reach out to customer support, we usually get the issue resolved within 1-2 business days, which is also much faster than other similar services.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can be a bit confusing trying to access the exact information you're looking for on a meeting report. I think one thing that would be helpful is if Zoom did a little more in the realm of UX studies on their reporting/analytics hubs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace simplifies our workflow by allowing us to set up reminders and contact points before and after the meeting. Additionally, the scheduler allows for clients to book one-on-one meetings with our staff with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of packaged services that provide an all-in-one service to our employees
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes! Zoom Workplace fits all of our needs, and we are exploring how to leverage more of its features and reduce other softwarte subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is 100% remote workers. Zoom bridges the geographic gap for all of us and our clients and makes it easy to have meetings, communicate and collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone knows Zoom. It's a trusted name in the video confrencing software world. People trust it and therefore it addes credibility to our business when we use Zoom links.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we dont want or need all the features, we're still paying for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a video conferencing soltion that does a few things. Integrates with OnceHub for our scheduling. Records sessions in the cloud and allows for ease of sharing recordings to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility. Anyone can join as a guest and most of the features are pretty easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
A better placement of the SHARE SCREEN and COPY INVITE link when using a smaller screen (when the view is in grid mode). I have noticed that those who are not rehersed in using Zoom in their everyday have an issue finding these buttons. I also wish there was a way for me to transfer/add people to hosting duties more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly screensharing and video conferencing. benefits us greatly because we have international clients and remote workers

It helps a lot with making our jobs more dlexible, being able to connect phones to our cells so we can answer when needed.

There is nothing that i can say that i don't dislike about zoom.
