What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly zoom is for all ages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything at the moment that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helping me with troubleshooting with users allowing them to share their screen and show me the issues they are having with a business application.

It has a lot of add-on options and is good for large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to have everything connected or to link to Outlook directly for meetings.

It's making it easier for our full remote organization to meet face to face.

How easy it works is really the best. Due to everyone having to work from home, most people are familair with it. The controls as host are great too.

Can be costly for non profits. Would be great if you offered lowered non profit pricing.

It allows all staff from around the world to connect easily.

Zoom is generally pretty stable. Most of my colleagues don't have issues using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side can be kind of rough. You can't sort user lists by login date. Admin menu navigation is handled like that of iOS settings where there are lists of categories to scroll through. Certain functions seem to not exist or to be made in such a way that is vague or unclear. Feels like they skimped in UX dollars when it came to admin navigation and features.
Worst is attempting to contact support. There is an absolutely inane "verification system that asks for a pin along with another number, buried in your account. If you're not sitting at a computer or have that information written down separately then you're gonna have a bad time. It's a terrible system and I dread having to contact support for anything.

Really just video conferencing. It does it well enough and it's easy enough for my colleagues to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to make and receive phone calls and texts from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity to the internet is sometimes poor, even while using a wired connection.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and all applications are easily integrated with our software.

Nothing much. I think the pricing could be better but it's affordable.

It works every time and is very straightforward.

Simple controls and easy-to-understand settings. Of course great voice and video quality.

It's almost like meeting in person and I'm able to build relationships much more than over just a voice call.

The zoom workplace allows me to collaborate with colleagues on a regular basis. Since we do not have a specific office this really helps us out when planning. Sharing the screen is wonderful. It enhances the collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, I like the zoom workplace. I don't know if it's my computer or the zoom camera/video that is not as clear as some of the other workplace platforms I've seen.

Not having an actual office and being able to communicate through this platform.
