What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace lets my business thrive with both in-person and remote teams. Integration with Google Workspace is great, allowing seamless scheduling and meetings with people across the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can grow quite quickly when you add Zoom Rooms and other solutions. Also not a fan of the AI implementation, it's not a service anyone was really asking for and it feels like it could be an invasion of privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with a remote and in-person team to have meetings regularly

What do you like best about the product?
No problem in use Zoom. Easy to do meetings for a first interview.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I use diferent device, my chat register dont backup to another devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It is for the most part, much more convenient and organized logically than other similar systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comment here. It's a fine system. Nothing revolutionary. But keeping up with industry standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with cisco equipment to allow for versitile communication between us and other companies that primarily use Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace made having an international team, projects and clients a possibilty. We are running multiple government projects and million dollar initiatives all with in zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike when all features that you need are inside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients connectivity was such a hustle without zoom. now it's just better in every way.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to integrate with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some things on zoom that could be helpful for executive assistants or people who often schedule for other people. When scheduling calls on behalf of my CEO and others, I always have to do an additional step in making them the call owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost everyone internally and externally knows how to use Zoom. It's very helpful for our organization for many conference calls.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of feature like poll, break out room, host and co-hosts, and simultaneous translations
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has multiple seats and if we can get a bundled pricing, that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom integration with Docebo LMS. The integration is smooth and it is much easier to control than the tool we used previously.

What do you like best about the product?
From the user stand-point, zoom is straightforward, the sound/video quality is good, and they've done a great job buffering quality for a user on the go (traveling through different levels of reception/signal). The interface is a lot more agile and lighter than Microsoft Teams.
As an administrator, it's easy enough to manage users, and the dashboard provides a number of features to help track usage. They've implemented a number of google-esque features that have improved the user experience (better indicators on screen sharing).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no notification of pending updates, and updates in certain, recently frequent cases are mandatory, making people unexpectedly late to join meetings.
Unlike Google Meet, there is no attendee preview feature, at this point, so there is no way for someone joining to see who's already on the call (or an assistant to check).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our company default Video Conferencing, so it's the bridge in the hybrid world for employees onsite with wfh/remote employees, as well as our link to the external world. However, there are a ton of features that we don't properly utilize, that we can, based on a ignorance of these features and a hazy learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is solid and can always depend on it working. Updates are easy to process. Licencing is easy to manage. Integrated with Jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Id like there to be clearer implementation about applications, building more or having a catalog that are more secure and not sending data to 3rd parties

Remote work place needs good solid communication tools

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for everyday zoom calls and to host webinars and user group meetings for our customer community. I love the new features Zoom keeps adding...generating AI transcripts, making it easier to manage and run a webinar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we use the integration with pardot to capture webinar attendance and registrations. However this integration is not possible yet with Meetings. We could use this as we use the Meetings feature for our User Group meetings and specific kinds of enablement events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department is using it to host virtual events. It is much easier to implement and run than our corporate event platform.
