What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom allows me to connect easily with my coworkers in other places, both in our company's other office and with those who work from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not responsible for budgeting at our company, but I guess one downside of Zoom is the extra cost incurred to have an account with certain permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have issues with something, Zoom makes it possible to easily connect and communicate to resolve these issues. For example I can easily share my screen to show someone how to fix something.
Zoom needs better API integration
What do you like best about the product?
Video Quality and UI interface. Ease of administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of licesing, API intergration with Rippling, scheduling conflicts.

Being able to meet quickly online without the hassle of going to a physical location!

Not a dislike but a feedback for a chat function between cohosts that is missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect about zoom workplace is having large scale meetings, without compromising audio and video content. Other platforms seem to freeze up and seem glitchy on the participant end when having large meetings >50 people

When screen sharing, there is at times a significant delay

With a number of remote workers, it is a great platform for not only immediate meetings, but also large scale webinars
Feels like regular Zoom, but more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can move the icons on my toolbar around, so it's easier to find the tools I use most often for my business meetings. It was a pretty seamless transfer over to Zoom Workplace fom regular Zoom, so much so that there was no difference in my workflow. Meeting Chat is especially useful for referring back to things messaged or linked during the meeting, even once we've ended the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we use it for everything, so I can't think of much that we dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certainly helps with the normal moments of "oh darn, I forgot to copy down that link they sent during the meeting!", since we can refer back to the messages and pull the information even after the meeting is ended.

What do you like best about the product?
AI features are improving, it integrates with calendar integrations nicely into other apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Better note-taking with summaries, emails for follow-ups, to-do/takeaways, easier collaborative tools for teaching others remotely, would be nice to collaborate with others

We're a remote company, so this creates the closest thing to in person meetings

Connectivity and easier err user-friendly troubleshooting when needed.

Too many features coming in every month, if that can be considered as a fault.

Communications with clients, with the phone, email and SMS features, we are able to connect with our clients with better ease.

The simplicity of the platform is best.

Very easy to use and new features seem to always be useful. We pretty much assigned an account out to all of our users.

Sometimes there are connection issues. I haven't determined if that is on Zooms end or ISP.
