share screen function is very helpfull for resolving IT issues.

nothing i can think of, its very feature rich.

it allows us to all collaberate in the work place which saves time.
Zoom for Work
What do you like best about the product?
Since the Pandemic, I have used Zoom, Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams and Zoom has always been the easiest to use. I also feel like Zoom is the most stable of the 3. The others will not have problems conecting or will have problems during the call. I have never had problems with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had problems with Zoom. Every time I've used zoom for both internal and external meetings, it's always been a great experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both Zoom and Google Workspace as a option for work and I always choose Zoom mainly because I know I can trust that it won't have issues during the call, especially when it is an external call.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great having a seamless platform to use for our team meetings. It is easy to use and has many great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there can be glitches but it's hard to say if it's just a spotty connection or Zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, there have been platforms that were not consistently reliable. Zoom has provided the much-needed consistent reliability that a business needs for virtual meetings.

I've used Zoom at my last four companies and have never had any major issues. It is always reliable, connects easily and the quality is very good on multple devices

Nothing to note. I find it's very easy to share screen and never had any major issues

working from home is challenging, and zoom made it easier for use by providing all the tools we need to have a good collaberation and prouctivity

What do you like best about the product?
The abundance of features and ability to change things seamlessly. It's easy to use and we had no issues implementing when COVID hit. IT integrates seamlessly with our learning platform where we use it frequently to host webinars and courses.

Sometimes i run into issues using the whiteboard.

Signing in with SSO needs to be more clear to users.

A quick way for users to have meetings. Makes being an administrator much easier.
Great meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Efficient and easy to use; easy to set up meetings & hold with large amounts of people

It canbe difficult to navigate the pane when you are the host in terms of sharing screen, finding the videos of participants etc.

Easy to connect with people who are not close enough to schedule in person and allows flexibility
Zoom is perfect for a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to meet with teammates, have large meetings for the entire company and work together despite being remote with Zoom!

The app can sometimes be a little buggy and could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is having meetings with the entire team despite people being worldwide. Zoom helps us do this easily!
