Easy to Navigate, with Chat, Clips, Whiteboard, and Attendees in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate. Having chat, clips, whiteboard, and attendees all in one place is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the program. It makes things easy, thankfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting online instead of in-person is much more time-efficient and also help to collaborate with others who are a long distance away-may have never had the chance to meet without the program.
Robust Features with Easy Setup, But Sizeable App
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and that everybody knows about it. It has a lot of features, including the ability to break rooms and other robust features. The platform is great for splitting large groups into working groups, having a moderator, silencing everyone, or allowing chat, making it good for webinars and things like that. The initial setup was very easy, and the integration with other tools is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a very heavy app, and takes a lot of space on the phone and the computer to download. You know, there's several updates, and that could be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves video conferencing issues, letting me have face-to-face meetings without being in the same place physically.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes working with others, even when we’re not in the same place. I love that I can chat, share files, and have video meetings all in one place. It just makes teamwork feel simple and natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes be overwhelming with notifications and meeting invites. Also, long video calls can feel tiring, and occasionally the connection or audio lags, which can interrupt the flow of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the problem of staying connected and collaborating when people aren’t in the same office. It makes meetings, chats, and file sharing all easy to do in one place. For me, this means I can work with my team smoothly, get quick answers, and keep projects moving without needing to be physically together, which saves time and keeps things organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, no hustle setup process. Good quality of the calls and, videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of AI features. It'a must to have an accurate assistant to record all the action points.

Daily communication with the international team requires a strong platform for video conferences. Easy to share a screen, comfortable wat to invite more participants, etc. - all this is about Zoom.

Zoom worplace stands out for its high quality video and audio along with features like screen sharing, recording, and chat. It helps team collaborate efficiently especially in remote or hybrid work environments

While workplace is very useful occasionally connectivity issues and audio/video las can impact meeting quality, with unstable internet

Zoom workplace solves the challenge of remote communications and collaboration. It allows me to connect with my team easily through video metting and chat, improve overall productivity and coordination
Streamlined Meetings with Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the chat feature and the share screen feature, where I can share my screen with others. I also appreciate being able to record my Zoom calls. The process of sharing my screen to show off proposals or strategies is really beneficial because I can go through it step by step with clients, and recording allows for later playback and sharing with clients. I think we liked that there were more features on Zoom Workplace and its connection to all calendars and private links. The ease of setting it up is very nice; it's simple and straight to the point. I love how straightforward the steps are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voice isolation feature doesn't work well. When I'm working from home and there's background noise, it catches all the sound in my room. I wish the voice isolation was more precise and only picked up my voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings quickly and make client calls more personal without needing in-person meetings or phone calls.
Intuitive and Fast, But with Limits on Participation
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace very intuitive and practical to use, with a nice interface that makes work easier. I appreciate the server's speed which makes it very fast, and the initial setup process was simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not nice that there is a limit to the participants of a meeting or that there is a predetermined time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings, especially when not all of us are on site. It is practical to use, very intuitive and fast.
Zoom review - easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use and helps connect a remote first company with each other. I also like the AI note taking feature which helps in my role as a TA specialist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit temperamental with updates and can restart without warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving connection issues with candidates and colleagues. Ensuring I am being correct with note taking with the AI features.

Professionalism and intuitiveness, along with comfort while using it.

Nothing much to add—this is the app I use the most because I genuinely think it’s the best on the market.

It helps me connect with people from the distance, which increases efficiency and makes communication clearer.
Simple and Easy to Use, but Needs More to Win Me Over

The user interface is very simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
it was hard to share documents within the zoom meeting unless it was brought up on a share screen for all to see which is sometimes makes it hard to see depending on the size of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have weekly meeting within out team and having 3 locations, it allows us to virtually meet at the same place
