Great way to collaboate internally video and idea sharing.

The cost is high, less predictive and AI related tools available.

EASY TO CONNECT WITH EVERYONE AT ANYTIME
Zoom is preferred more internationally than other platforms

It is more widely used in international countries where our services are consumed
What do you dislike about the product?
It is on the expensive side. Even discounted plans have some sticker shock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MS Teams and Google Meet are not as easy for individuals to use without having a paid account. Many of our clients are individuals, not associated to a company.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. It has a web based app and can be used on desktop or phone so it is very portable. This is helpful for employees on travel and provides other options to attend meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it does not always link up to Outlook calendar well and sometimes updates on the meeting invites do not trnascribe over. I do wish the settings was available in the application rather than making me log in via web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has the meeting schedule and replaces our desktop phones which streamlines and makes office setup much easier to implement.

It helps a lot with making our jobs more dlexible, being able to connect phones to our cells so we can answer when needed.

There is nothing that i can say that i don't dislike about zoom.

Making our job more flexible and can do what we need at home with zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very feature rich, I appreciate the ablity to use chat with my team, schedule / conduct meetings, and that Zoom phone can be used on a physical phone or on my laptop with headphones. I work from home so when I do go into the office I can take my Zoom phone with me without taking the physical phone. Voice mail on Zoom phone is awesome, I get an email so I don't have to listen to the message to get it and response. So easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could figure out how to get the Zoom app to load at startup, I have tried. Sometimes when I reboot my laptop I forget to open it back up so our staff an reach out via chat.

We were able to reduce our expenses by using Zoom for meetings instead of our previous platform and we were able to replace most agency supplied cell phones with Zoom phone since it can be used on a laptop anywhere there is an internet connection. We

What do you like best about the product?
As a non profit whohosts many public programs and works with a variety of partners zoom workspace allows us to stay connected.

I wish that the service was more flexible for allowing us to upgrade and downgrade based on fluid needs.

It has been helping me with troubleshooting with users allowing them to share their screen and show me the issues they are having with a business application.
