Good not great
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access from mobile, desktop and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limiting and controlled by people others who decide what you can and cannot discuss in your own meetings. Don't like the censorship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great quality video conferencing and fairly simple to use for meetings involving large groups of people who are all in different locations or working remotely.

Zoom Workplace makes work simple. It takes notes, sets tasks, and keeps chat, meetings, and calendar in one place. You get mute alerts and next meeting info too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is helpful but can be simpler. It feels busy, and AI needs clearer controls. Better tool support would help too.

I liked all the accessibility to all the features and how easy it is to hold a meeting or a webinar on this platform it allowed me all the things I was searching for in a video conferencing platform

What I disliked about the zoom was I used to get kicked out of the meeting when network was interrupted even a little.

Zoom solved a very big problem for me and that is travelling for small meetings now I can attend or host them on zoom at the ease of staying at my desired place

The Cost to be an actual paid account user is very high it should be less.

This business problems I have solved using zoom include the safety of employees and employers amidst the current covid-19 pendamic.The restriction of travel in order to have an online meeting in the sense .Thank you Zoom.We use Zoom in every day.
