What do you like best about the product?
It helps to keep track of meetings, we can easily view the availibility of a person and schedule a meeting accordingly. it reduces the back-and-forth hassle of manual appointment scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
users may find the initial authorization process and calender integration to be little bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customers can easily book slots without the back-and-forth communication, co-ordinating appointments manually can be time-consuming so we can use zoom scheduler to avoid the problems.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use -has great features like the ability to change the background, the ability to raise my hand, and the fact that I can use reactions. -safe because each meeting requires a link, meeting ID, and password. -The ability to turn on and off the microphone and camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the free meetings are restricted to 40 minutes -The microphone turns on immediately when we get into a meeting

Zoom is very easy to use and whenever i want to take urgent meeting with my friends and teachers i prefer only zoom.

Recently, zoom audio has given me a hard time and it doesn't connect if I have previously been connected to a speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom scheduler is great because it finds the best times to create meetings based upon your schedule/what is already set for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your calendar needs to be 100% up to date in order for it to work the most efficient. No surpise meetings or last minute things can pop up.

It streamlines scheduling and scheduling conflicts in order to find the "best" time to have meetings.
