A necessary piece of technology
What do you like best about the product?
As a non profit whohosts many public programs and works with a variety of partners zoom workspace allows us to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the service was more flexible for allowing us to upgrade and downgrade based on fluid needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It amkes hosting meetings, programs and workshops easy

I like how user friendly zoom is for all ages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything at the moment that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helping me with troubleshooting with users allowing them to share their screen and show me the issues they are having with a business application.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration with various tools and platforms, providing a comprehensive solution for remote collaboration. It has user-friendly interface and the quality of the video and audio is reliable for a smooth meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's heavily dependent on your internet connection. A poor connectivity can lead to lagging or dropped calls, so set your expectations accordingly. The features it provides can be overwhelming for a new user who is just jumping in for a specific thing. Another downside is the cost, for a small business or individual user, it can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business meetings that utilize Voip due to long distance calls is extremely beneficial especially for those calls that are in a remote area where internet connection is spotty.

It has a lot of add-on options and is good for large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to have everything connected or to link to Outlook directly for meetings.

It's making it easier for our full remote organization to meet face to face.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the most options for backgrounds and filters. It is very professional and business oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. As with most software, we like the market leader. We just don't like to pay market leader prices.

We needed it as a meeting tool but we also needed it to integrate with Salesforce and provide our Sales team a seamless and intuitive VOIP system.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it works is really the best. Due to everyone having to work from home, most people are familair with it. The controls as host are great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly for non profits. Would be great if you offered lowered non profit pricing.

It allows all staff from around the world to connect easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is generally pretty stable. Most of my colleagues don't have issues using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side can be kind of rough. You can't sort user lists by login date. Admin menu navigation is handled like that of iOS settings where there are lists of categories to scroll through. Certain functions seem to not exist or to be made in such a way that is vague or unclear. Feels like they skimped in UX dollars when it came to admin navigation and features.
Worst is attempting to contact support. There is an absolutely inane "verification system that asks for a pin along with another number, buried in your account. If you're not sitting at a computer or have that information written down separately then you're gonna have a bad time. It's a terrible system and I dread having to contact support for anything.

Really just video conferencing. It does it well enough and it's easy enough for my colleagues to use.
Zoom is the best way to communicate with other companies.

Nothing I can think of!!!! The support is great to work with!

It is being able to make and receive phone calls and texts from clients.

Connectivity to the internet is sometimes poor, even while using a wired connection.
