Minimum features with best meeting experience till date
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meeting is a highlight of most of the organzations apart from the work

1. Zoom meeting can be scheduled with an ease of time/date/time zone
2. The schedule gets added on the google calendar -
which can be used for quick last minute reminders for busy individuals.
3. One can edit the zoom meeting name - as per the requirement
4. Free meeting limited to 45 minimum - helping employees to set time/As well useful for entreprenurs to start their business with video consultion
5. One can easily record the meeting and watch it later - which helps in MOM - minutes of the meetings - which is mandatory for most of the working professionals

There is always a room for improvement. I would love to see some display and interface change in the Zoom app.

Zoom stands out for its intuitive and user-friendly design. The platform’s features are so well-presented that I never needed tutorials to grasp their functionality. The ability to apply various filters is convenient, and creating custom filters adds an extra layer of appeal. Additionally, seamless integration with other apps, such as Gmail Calendar, makes Zoom a versatile choice. I can utilize this tool for meetings, enabling remote work from any location worldwide, and accommodating a large number of participants during each meeting

The most I like about zoom is we can join meetings in single click. As a technical support profile this application helps in connecting with users instantly. This also allows a screen share option which helps troubleshoot and fix the issues remotely. It provides high quality audio-video output as compared to the other similar applications available in the market.

Licensing of this product is quite costly.

Zoom is very easy to use application and hence as tech support person in day to day work we prefer to connect with end users via zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is not only for meetings, it is possible now to hire people using Zoom! People get interviewed and once they pass the final round they are automatically hired. Zoom is very convenient communication tool and great software for connecting with other people. Not to mention the navigation tools are easy to use and understand. Zoom is for Everyone!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing platform. I use it daily for remote control and screen sharing purposes. From my experience, it provides the best video as well as audio quality compared to other platforms. It is easy to create a new meeting and join the meeting with the same link in different sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've noticed is that sometimes I am not able to join the meeting before updating if an update is available. However, after updating, it works very smoothly.

I have been using Zoom since 2019. Initially I used it for studying and attending college classes. Now, I am useing it professionally for remote control, scheduling meetings, and video and audio conferencing. I have had a good experience with the Zoom app, which has helped me work with flexibility in remote.

It's very comfortable to use specially at work. Ut has features like changing the background and adjusting the volume of your microphone.

It can be hard to read interpersonal cues from those who are remote. While Zoom calls are interactive, they still lack valuable opportunities for casual social interaction.

Zoom allows me to schedule a recurring meeting and it is easy to change meeting times or security settings after a meeting has been established. Quality. Although image quality and lag time are influenced by individual internet connections, the sound and image quality are quite good. Security.
