Easy to Use for Weekly Calls, with Plenty of Features to Explore
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and I usually get to use it every week for some sort of call. I have not tried yet all its features and modules but I know it has a wide variety. It is very easy to integrate with other services and platforms and also the implementation afterwards it's easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the background settings would be of quicker access, maybe within the general options of the meeting instead of having to go to the camera settings, then background settings, and then finding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a platform that allows me to connect with clients, vendors, colleagues, investors and more. It also connects with several partners and platforms so it's easy to stay connected.
Rock-Solid Reliability and Consistent Features Since Covid
What do you like best about the product?
The dependability of features. Zoom rarely moves things around or makes it difficult to find a previously useful feature. I've been using this tool since Covid and it's remained rock-solid.

It helps me and my team run client meetings through Zoom very easily, and we can also host webinars on it.

So far, there’s nothing to dislike. It almost fulfills my expectations.

I like connecting with people outside of my local area. Can be used for both office and personal meetings.

It does use a lot of bandwidth sometimes.

Not observed and negative but while joining link from browser it ask to open in app after refresh will give option join from browser.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use on a daily basis. The interface is quite clear and in a few minutes you can organize a meeting, share your screen, or invite someone external without having to configure too many things. Additionally, the audio and video quality tends to be quite stable even when there are many participants on the call.
Another point I value a lot is that it integrates several tools in one place: meetings, team chat, calendar, and document collaboration. This avoids having to jump between different applications and makes work more agile, especially when working with distributed or remote teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Zoom Workplace is that when many of its features are used at once (chat, meetings, integrated apps, etc.), the interface can feel a bit cluttered and sometimes it's hard to quickly find some options. Additionally, on older devices or with many applications open, the resource consumption can be somewhat high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace primarily helps to solve communication and coordination problems when working with teams that are not in the same location. It allows you to organize quick meetings, share your screen to review documents or campaigns in real-time, and maintain chat conversations without having to rely solely on email.
In my case, the greatest benefit is that it greatly speeds up communication with clients and colleagues. Instead of exchanging several emails to explain something, you can make a quick call, show what you're seeing on the screen, and resolve it in a few minutes. This makes meetings more productive and decision-making faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze. I value the 'react' feature in Zoom Workplace and I find it helpful for video conferencing work. Overall, I highly recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

the links are complicated. It should be one link like Google Meetings.

Familiar, Easy Meetings with Auto-Added Zoom Links
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everyone knows the software, is familiar with it and it's not another thing to download. I like when my outlook automatically adds the Zoom link to meetings, no hard work to do etc. I like the filters, blurs and background when working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides really. Sometimes it bugs but it's rare. I feel it's not as integrated as Teams but that's because Teams is part of Microsoft. Other than that it's great.

Having a platform that everyone can access, not matter if they're a school or a private company, no matter what systems they use. It feels universal and known by all.

Feature-Rich Yet Slow to Start
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace intuitive, especially with its ease of use and features. The integrations are helpful too, like having my AI notetaker join calls automatically. It lets me focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes. The calendar syncing is great because it ensures I never miss a meeting or call. The call interface is pretty user-friendly with features like raising hands, clapping, or even saying BRB, plus the option for private or community chat during calls. I appreciate the more extensive feature set compared to Google Meet and that most of my collaborators use Zoom Workplace, making it a convenient choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes forever to load, even on my relatively new MacBook Pro laptop, even with it updated. I have to join calls 3-5 minutes early just to ensure I'm in them by the time they start because Zoom, when loading up, is a dinosaur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with my team, plan video calls, and have virtual conversations. I love the AI notetaker for focusing on calls and calendar syncing to remember meetings.
