What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to set up on a computer and very easy to schedule a meeting. I enjoy sharing my screen during presentations and having the ability to see 50 participants on one screen. The software works well with all platforms we use, Adobe, PowerPoint etc. I utilize the breakout room feature often and appreciate the options when assigning rooms. I really like the option to blur my background. I use Zoom often and appreciate the flexibility in my physical location when joining a meeting. This is probably the number 1 capability I like that Zoom affords me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often there is an issue of a slight delay when 2 people speak at once. I am not sure if this can be fixed as I find this same issue on my iPhone! There are many bells and whistles I do not use but that is not necessarily a dislike, just an observation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with our Board and shareholders who live across the country without requiring travel. The cost is significantly lower and the convenience is significantly greater that prior to using Zoom.

I rank Zoom high for its good services they offer. Zoom has everything we need for communication. Its user interface has many features and easy to use. Zoom keep us updated and on business at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great option for video conferencing, as it keeps you in real time with other people similar to Skype but more professionally, I like how easy it can be used and how practical it is, so much so that in the church where I congregate it is used by people who cannot get to the building, personally it is very pleasing when you can hear their comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that represents an discomfort, is when a person accidentally activates his camera or audio briefly interrupting the meeting although they always realize the moment, and does not get to make annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example during the pandemic I think it was where most of us took advantage of Zoom, to continue with our daily routines and activities, as work informed me how to improve my Wordpress articles, In school activities the children of my neighbors used it for their classes, courses, even medical appointments to take care of both patient and doctor, Zoom gave solution to many of these situations.

In our busy life we almost forget about some meetings that we should be hosting. Zoom scheduler helps with this issue of scheduling the meetings automatically and helps with our day to day life. In simple terms, this tool is a life saver.

The ability to share the calendar link to anyone anonymous to schedule a meeting with us is a major feature missing with zoom scheduler.

Ability to schedule automatic meetings without having to remember everytime helps with my everyday work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace allows me to reach people that I normally wouldn't be able to reach. It's great that I can schedule and send invitations to applicants, which really helps me stay organized. The modern technology in Zoom Workplace means I'm not having to do things by hand, which is a big help in staying organized. Also, the initial setup was very easy; I just followed the prompts.

Sometimes when I'm trying to schedule, I get a little confused. It seems like it could be a little more user friendly.

I've been using Zoom app since the time I started working back in 2019 and it never disappoints. So if someone ask for an app that we can use when doing video meeting, I always advise to use Zoom.

Not sure what's the least helpful using zoom as overall, it was a great experience using it.
