My review of Zoom after 3+ years of usage!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom is a one stop shop for all our needs from team chats ,team meetings,file sharing and video conferencing.
Also it's screen sharing features is superb!

With Zoom we can connect with people easily...so no dislike!!

Consistent. We rarely have issues with it.

Expensive. I wish it was a more reasonable price for small businesses.

Great Communications Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication. Usually great video quality assuming network is strong enough. Streamline use and easy settings menus. Very easy to onboard. Numerous integrations with other platforms. We use it for our day to day communication. Customer Support is great. Very easy to onboard with new users, easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used a platform better than Zoom so have nothing better to compare it to. It is the leading communications platform. We use the app version which has text and call capabilities. It's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom streamlines our communication solving any issues that were present with our old email/phone call method. With their instant chat in the app communciation is extremely easy. Furthermore you can pop right into a screenshare meeting right from chat into video. It makes communication so much faster which benefits the speed at which we can be productive.

Zoom is easy to use and allows us to set up meetings on the go and share our screens seamlessly.
It saves time since you don't have to run from one physical meeting to another instead you can attend them online.

I have no displeasure with zoom..it is a great platform!

It has made it possible to have meeting in a day without excess travel.

To connect with people virtually, working in an organisation where we have people working all around the world it's very beneficial to connect with them with such an ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The smooth connection and conduct of meetings. I use it in my phone as well for my office work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application becomes very slow. However the finding of bugs and enhancing the tool can resolve this issue

What do you like best about the product?
The virtual meets make more beneficial and scheduled meetings make more helpful for meetings.The application features are too good to use.

There are some network issues and connectivity issues.

The meetings with more enhanced version of features like screen recording,live messages, emojis for reactions,etc
Review of Zoom- status Quo
What do you like best about the product?
The AI agent is useful although I don't always have it active, We had a situation where we we spoke on a the zoom before the call and then a transcript/summary was sent to all attendees and they received it as well since then the default is to have it in active so we don't accidently do that again

I do not think I have too much to add. I dont often use transcribing so I dont know how it works now. I guess I get signed out less than previously.

Zoom solved the need for F2F meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly, and updates are downloaded very quickly. Some of our attendees do not keep up with technology, so the fact there are few UI changes makes it easy to come back to and recognize the features. Customer Support is ALWAYS responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to see the updates announced. Sometimes we stumble upon them accidentally, and while this is great, I would like to know where I can see upcoming updates so we can stay even more abreast of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote learning for our international community. We can offer greater scope of support in technical support department. We save $$ on travel with our remote trainings.
Zoom can improve thier UI
What do you like best about the product?
It's very to use and very easy to create and join meetings with minimal efforts. Zoom has a great feature of creating a seperate room for personal chats and meetings which is quite interesting. I like this platform for various purposes like group study, video calling, meetings and interviews. Zoom provides user to put a background based on the user's choice and have frequent updates as well for removal any flaws. I personally use it very frequenlty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a poor UI, they can improve this to greater extent. Moreover, whenever I open Zoom it automatically opens in full-screen which i don't like. They should provide various other options like admin control over all the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that zoom has very well worked upon the latency of the voice and video of the users but the point where they lack is the data consumption. It requires huge amount of internet speed to present screen and to turn the video "ON". Overall, it is free to use and has greater features as compared to paid softwares present over the internet and it helps me in condcting various meetings and video callings.
