What do you like best about the product?
We can connect with anyone globally which saves our time and money.

Sometimes we face network connection issue and delay in the voice and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the time of Covid-19, I easily connect on Zoom to attend my Virtual Classes.
So it does not affect my regular classes as our mentor was providing virtual classes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an essential tool that helps me connect with people worldwide and be more creative and productive. Zoom is not a fad of the pandemic. It is here to stay after hareshapping how we connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Zoom. It is a tool. I still prefer to perform stories and poems in person because I feed off the energy of a live audience. I cannot get that synergistic vibe from the audience on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get things done faster by collaborating on Zoom rather than waiting for someone to show up in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always reliable and it seldom experience any glitches! The sales team was fantastic with the inital sale and with a recent upgrade purchase!

I have no dislikes with regard to the product. I am a relatively new user and and I am still learning how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous video conferencing solution was unreliable and difficult to use. Zoom is very reliable and very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete platform that allows you to feel like you are face-to-face with colleagues, clients, or students. I use Zoom every single day and I love it and my students too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I think that is great platform.

It is a very stable app and usually doesn't have issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is easy to use for both the presenter and the viewer. It is also helpful that since it is so widely used most attendees already know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes handles sharing your screen with difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to stay connected with our members and to teach our classed virtually. It was very helpful during the pandemic when we had to take our in-person classes and make them virtual.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for Zoom, especially compared to Teams. It's easy to sync to my calendar, schedule, host, and attend meetings. Working in a fully remote environment, Zoom has been instrumental to our success as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting out-of-office auto-answer messages continues to prove challenging with multiple channels involved. This is my one very frustrating, ongoing issue.

The AI transcript is not good
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I don't have an answer, we opted for a competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI transcript simply doesn't understand what is spoken and will write the most absurd things. That compromises all features that depend on the transcript like setting to-dos.
Also when you join a meeting the camera won't start until you agree with the AI companion, even if you use it every day, there's no default opt-in. I get that it may stop you from starting the microphone, but why the camera too?

Efficient and Effective in a Post-COVID World

The ease of use and the flexibilty to access and switch across multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The growing number of features that start to complicate usage without a clear sense of their benefit.

The ability to meet at more convenient times. To faciliate working from home.
Zoom works even when Teams is unstable.

Easy to use. Easy to set up meetings. Works well across organizations.

Wish it was more affordable for small non-profits.

Many people are not comfortable using Teams for meetings. Zoom has wider name recognition.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom is how user-friendly it is. I've also found it to be reliable in my experience, with stable connections and few technical issues experienced over my lifetime of using the product. Zoom's variety of features, including screen sharing and whiteboards, also help to make meetings more engaging. Overall, Zoom has become my preferred option for video conferencing.

Security remains a major concern, given past data braches and incidents of "Zoom bombing".

Zoom makes it easy to connect educators with students, helping to facilitate positive students outcomes with cohorots of students spread across the globe.
