Zoom is a no brainer!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes scheduling and connecting very easy for everyone involved. I use it daily and prefer it over other tools like Slack Huddle and Google Meet. It really does contain everything you need for meeting virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to identify a downfall of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote employee, Zoom makes scheduling a breeze and allows me to stay well connected with my staff.

That it is a stand alone app if you want and very stable video quality. Also integration with calendar

Zoom is the only product we currently use for meetings.

I have been using it for a long time now so I like that I am very familiar with the settings for meetings and webinar that we use.

The customer support has been VERY challenging, especially when an account needs to be upgraded for a short time frame.

Zoom allows us to have Committee and Board meetings easily.

What I like best about Zoom is the ability to merge schedules to assist with meetings. Voicemails are left virtually and you can read them why continue to handle business.

The glitches that tend to take place from time to time.

Using the zoom chat all day and also being able to connect and use things like notes or the whiteboard.

It can lag at times and the recording minutes are unable to load on the cloud with additional storage.
