Usually it helps me to connect with prospects for the systems I sell and without Zoom it would be pretty hard to safely meet with them online. So it solves a big problem.

The video quality sometimes stops mid-playing, and the app crashes. Additionally, there are issues with the network not working properly. There are some bugs that need to be fixed.

I also value the options of sharing a call or using meeting IDs to enter meetings, especially when the call involves both internal and external attendees. The initial setup was very easy with no delay, which I found impressive. These features, along with its functionality, lead me to rate it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

Sometimes the quality of video gets grainy or people freeze. It can take time away from the call's main discussion and make us step away to solve the issue.
