Zoom works great when used properly!
What do you like best about the product?
When you know how to use the product, it works exactly how it is supposed to 100% of the time. The customer service is responsive to email, and even follows up with you if you havent responded in a few days. I use it all day every day and have little complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users that technology that does not come naturally to them, it can be a pain to try to explain. It could be simpler/more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great alternative to needing to meet in person. It makes it easier to schedule meetings into a busy calendar.
Great for intra-office communication

It allows us to effectively communicate ideas to our overseas team with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues thus far. Everything has been as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can train overseas crew in real time. It solves the distance issue and break in communication that usually comes with it

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is way easier to use than any other service out there! It is very easy to use whether you are tech savy or not. Integrates with google and Apple perfectly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I do not have any downsides to zoom besides the pricing.

Being able to host our seminars virtually
Zoom makes virtual experiences easy and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is now industry standard and while some updates bring a change in process, most people are able to access and participate fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the Zoom polling features as a substitute for taking votes in meetings, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates in-person experiences and because of that, increases participation and overall increases revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Zoom is that I am able to use it for group meeting and organization wide and we are able to accomdate everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Zoom is that sometimes it could be restricting, especially if you make a meeting but want to make someone else the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me solve the "how to stay connected" with folks while remote, hybrid, or on-site.
Day in the life of a Zoomer
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest way to collaborate while working from home. Ability to share your desktop content and present while not having to be present in the office can save a great deal of time especially when one is on vacation or a business trip and needs to do work in emergencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plugin frequently crashes in Outlook whenever updates are provided for either product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between sites, with users working from home, and connection between teammates in different parts of the office.
Zoom is THE ONLY Platform to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom, so much better than TEAMS. I set up webinars as a training administrator and Zoom is so easy to use. I love to invite those quickly who haven't joined the training. It's so fun using the poll function in the class. Zoom chat makes it easy to share attachments the instructor wants to give out. It's THE BEST :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you wouldn't have to keep sharing the screens, and it followed the user without having to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom let's me have all my attendees in class be able to share their cameras, unmute their microphones, or use the chat to interact with the attendees and instructor. I use Zoom for all my webinars and video conferences.
Zoom to teach adults GED
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom product offered an easy to access platform for video conferancing to our adult education population of GED/HSE students. The breakout room feature afforded greater privacy or small group instruction. The security settings allow us to manage students effectivly when paperwork is incomplete and need to be blocked entry until in compliance. Zoom support and videos have come in handy when helping teachers to learn how to utilize and the admin features give me the confidence to let teacher mange their own settings while allowing me to verify student/teacher time in meetings for attendance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features roll out and we don't have enough time to learn them well enough before another new feature becomes ready!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can teach our students while sharing our teachers screens and see their side of the work easily. We can also proctor exams with screen share.
