Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly. It is simple to figure out how to use. It makes connecting with clients who are remote and have transportation issues easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly not think of any downsides at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with clients who have a hard time making it to the office.
Comprehensive Platform for Conferencing and Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive, comprehensive platform. Good for meetings, webinars, and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a limiting factor. The admin is also a bit disorganized (reports, for example, aren't intutitively found). Customer support has also left a fair room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webinars are the primary area of business we utilize Zoom for.

What do you like best about the product?
They continue to add new features and fine tune small details that alot of folks might not notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I intially hated using the breakout room features but every once in a while I would find new details that made it alot easier to arrange random vs assigned small groups and have more control.
The support hasn't been that great, it took over a month to get a response to a question that kept getting passed around.

It's been a big help when you start working remotely and makes training alot less difficult with screen sharing.

Ability to easily create meetings. Build the format and structure that I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so easy to use, whether you have an account or not. There are no glitches, it seamlessly integrates into Google Business, it is constantly innovating, and customer service is lovely!

I truly cannot think of anything. Zoom has ONLY improved our business.

Great for Webinars and Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features are great for my job as I have to report attendance to higher organizations. It is great for everyday use and is always easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when logging in for a meeting, Zoom updates as I am trying to enter into the meeting, rather than giving me an option to postpone the update so I can be on my meeting on time.

Zoom is solving the problem of distance that creates divide and miscommunication between people, regions and state. With virtual conferencing, more people can be added to the conversations.
A must have for a nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, has a lot of apps that you can integrate with it and a ton of features to engage your audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like for them to update is a better way to kick out someone being disruptive/inappropriate. We've had instances of someone doing this in the past and it taking longer than it should to get the offender out.

Ensuring that I'm able to connect my nonprofit's work to the community = it's solving everything for me!
User Friendly For Everyone / Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly for hosting and attending meetings. When using Zoom for the first time, it was very easy to download the app onto my laptop and on my phone for when I have to take alls while on the go. I use Zoom on a daily basis for connecting with colleagues and clients and it easily integrates with my Outlook app when sending other invites to a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't had any issues using Zoom. I use a Mac laptop and it has worked very well on the desctop app for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to have face to face meeting with epople who I would notmally have a phone call with. Being able to share screen allows me to display presentations and other visuals to bring better value to the conversation.
