What do you like best about the product?
Our org was early adopters of Zoom and it has been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I just wish I had bought stock in the company at the same time we started using it.

Good - Depending on what you need
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Most people are comfortable using it as their video call tool. Ease of integration. Number of features. Customer Support is good. Ease of implementation. Frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales team and account managers are very slimely. They will try to confuse you and jack up the price on what you need if they think they can get away with it. The free version is great. If you are using it for personal use, no issues. If you need a business account with an account manager, beware!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom Webinars for product delivery and Zoom meetings for team and outbound video conferencing.
Zoom is a powerful and easy to use communication software
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Outlook, Teams, Etc. Zoom makes video calls, sharing screen, and comms easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to not control UAC prompts when screen sharing

Zoom allows us to communicate instatnly with peers with the simple share of a link!

What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I like about Zoom. For one, I appreciate the added features like chat, waiting room, host permissions transfer, whiteboard and the ability to copy the zoom link from the corner. All of these help me provide the best zoom sessions internally and for our clients. It's easy to use and also easy to implement with new team memebers because of it's customer friendliness and help guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main downside for zoom would be the backgrounds. Sometimes the colors just don't transfer well and that causes my head to look like it is floating! Appearance is important to me and I do think some work could be done here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of how to provide an easy to use classroom experience for our clients. I love that it integrates with out learning platform!
Zoom is the best for virtual meetings.

Having to manually admit everyone to a meeting.

Very Useful for Our Non-Profit Staff!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom connects so many people at the convenience of your home, office or even car! It's easy to use, and has a lot of great features such as webinars. Staff is also very attentive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a business account that really opens up the usage so we have limited complaints about Zoom. One of those only things is that is tough to add a license, as we had to sign another whole contract just to add a user.

We use it to connect colleges and students across America, so it is the best way to do so.

Zoom is incredibly helpful for a mostly remote team, and has become the obvious leader in the video conferencing industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can look at the chat even when I am not in the meeting. I also enjoy the enhanced cyber security measure

I hope there is a better integration with other apps especially "Everyaction" that we use frequently
