Zoom has been a great product
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy user interface the most with zoom. Zoom is very clean and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I am unable to change the status if I am using my phone to appear online for a set amount of time and open my zoom on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom helps us stay connected and keep employees from having frustration from difficulty of use.

Zoom's support. They are super fast to respond to issues and take suggestions and actually implement some of them

Zoom apps are a bit challenging for me to figure out.

Large room sizes, breakout rooms, various viewing settings like gallery to make it easier to see everyone.

Wish there was a better way to be interactive on the screen collectively while someone else is presenting.

Some of the downsides of zoom are the admin portal - could be cleaner.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i liked about Zoom is that you can easily record the meeting and also you can share your screen to other team members to show your presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only the i dislike about zoom is that it doesnt allows to block a person and there is no noise suppression.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping people to take meetings at home and it helps to interact with people through video calls. You can learn many things through Zoom as it allows to play lectures for others too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though, So far i have not faced any issue with this app but I think I would want to improve is if zoom can give some kind of warning for unstable internet before randomly dropping me out from the meeting.

I love the breakout rooms and white board feature of this app. Breakout rooms helps me out to talk to manage the online classes in groups with large number of participants without being disturbed and white boards help alot to for explanation part.

I like that it allows me to connect with my team members around the world and also allows me to host training sessions.

I don't like the fact that you get kicked out after an hour for the unpaid version.

Easy to use, save time, Flexibility & convenience and Environmentally friendly (by reducing the need for travel)

Zoom as a memory glutton. It voraciously consumes RAM, especially on systems with less than 16GB, leading to sluggish performance and occasional freezes.

lags or freezes during meetings, A better background effect would improve.
