I've used Zoom couple times for work and it was easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, no interuptions for audio or video.

might take a while to connect to other people but other than that no dislikes from my side.

its very similar to other programs but zoom is mostly popular and many people has it installed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature that I have realized so far in Zoom is the recording feature. During our confereplance meeting we are able to record the meeting progress which ensures we dn't miss any information during meeting as we can listen to the recordings to ensure we capture every information.
The software also has various security features that ensures our data are safe and secure from any attack.
We are also able to schedule meetings through outlook or Gmail's through streamlined calendaring which ensures our team dn't miss any scheduled meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The application allows so many add ons which disrupts our meetings in many cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom ensures plan and schedule for meetings which are joined through links which allows our staffs to attend the meeting online without missing. It's also easy to use hence can be used buy any person even without information technology knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has nice camera visual, or rather, a nice ability in transending the total visual manifestation of the person you are in communication with over without being foggy especially when the environment has great lighting.
What do you dislike about the product?
What puts me off about zoom is probably not the fault of the tool itself.
My issue is when the lighting is not great, video becomes foggy and unclear, and sometimes audio automatically randomly starts distorting from time to time.

Zoom solves the problem of long distance communication as phone calls might not be enough in facilitation of business to Personal communication and community.
It's also easier to mass communicate with multiple personnel on zoom than on a normal phone call.

Various options available to manage your meeting, its notes, attendees, summary and white board for explanation during the live meet.

Nothing comes to my mind as of now, the overall experience seems to be pleasant.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who needs to constantly have video meetings, there are many choices as to what provider to use. I choose Zoom, and use Zoom on a frequency of a daily/weekly basis. I prefer Zoom over Google meet due to the superior number of features, especially with security and our employee size taken into account. It's easily integrated in that most people only need a link to access a meeting. Its ease of implementation is as simple as registering an account. I've also had several positive interactions with customer support for building a custom background with my company's logo
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit clunky in terms of connecting personal phones to audio. Sometimes we have a few people confused as to why they can't speak but they're not on mute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have a secure, larger scale video meeting tool for client discussion, team meetings, and especially company wide meetings where we may have 50-100 people at the same time trying to attend. It works quite a bit better in terms of safety, bandwidth, and clarity than google meet for anything beyond 10+ people.

Zoom requires a significant amount of data per hour, ranging from 600 MB to 1.7 GB, which may not be suitable for users with limited data plans or slower internet connections.

I have been using the Zoom for my personal use as well as in our organization for oue end to end meeting ends. during the COVID-19 times Zoom helped a lot of business as well as insdtitution to conduct their duties seamlessly. The intergration is so easy once can do it with out any help from customer support team. This simplacity made it easy to implement in our orgainzation. The platform provides number of features which made it perfect fill for business use. During Lockdown on daily basis our team used to interact using Zoom Meeting.

I did not find anything that needs a changing.

It helped me complete my master's during the time of COVID times as collages were not functional. also, our team interaction during the same time was made easy with Zoom.
