Post Pandemic... Zoom is still an essential tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed us to collaborate more efficiently.

The time constraints on the free plan is not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoom is solving is that it allows our faculty and staff to meet with all of our constituent more efficiently. Using Zoom has saved us time and other resources as it allows us to have meetings virtually instead of bringing everyone on campus. The recording of the meetings is also very helpful as it gives us instant record of all of our meetings.

- It is the best tool for interacting with the colleagues and you can share screen from anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is that it cannot be recorded by two persons on both sides only the hosts are allowed.

It helps in our company to work on our project together via screen sharing feature and also interact well.

I liked the product used online, it was good sound and video quality

I could not join from the web without installing the app, it required to be installed first, did not understand why

Being able to meet on any device at any time, even with externals

Nothing in particular. I didn't face any problems. Everything was pretty smooth with zoom

Connecting Remotely is Easy to do now
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using zoom is that you can be present in any meeting remotely without worrying about a bad reception and hat you can use it anytime anywhere. I use zoom almost everyday and so far I am happy with it. So far I havent experience the need to contact a customer support agent as everything is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the need to download virtual background as there is only limited option available.

The need to be on a meeting anywhere and anytime. I t is beneficial for me since we are working from home and we do meetings most of the time via zoom
Effectively automate customer service

It has excellente collaboration features and its customer service is quite friendly. Its easy to set up because it only takes a few minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly because they have a free version. meeting can last up to 40 minutes. Its unfortunate that they have reducer the free version so much. Although I have been using it for many years, I still find the interface a bit confusing but nothing serious

Its improving its interface, its video and streaming quality as well as all the tools to access microphone, vedeo, chats, conference room, vedeo calls in a way that is more attractive to the public, making it more eye catching and eye catching

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very intuitive to use. For me, Zoom is the best alternative to Skype and TeamSpeak. Sometimes there are occasional connection problems, but nothing dramatic that lasts long, at least not for me. That's why I'm very happy with Zoom as a voice and video conferencing software.

Sometimes you have connectivity problems, but they are not heavier than the ones you have with other providers like TeamSpeak, Skype o Google.

We benefit from Zoom as it makes our videocalls quite easy to handle and share.
Safe & secure meetings with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Its AI meeting assistants for meeting summary is great - it literally saves us tone of time to take notes in the meeting & allows us to concetrare on meetings - Zoom has improved its Screen sharing abilities a lot offlate compared to previous versions

At the moment nothing - zoom is leading in meetings space & i forsee the trend to continue
